Pretty sure the pony in armor is supposed to be Isaac Clarke, from Dead Space. Near the end, you see him being chased by another pony in white uniform, with a stitched up face and glowing eyes, which is a reference to Dead Space 2, where Isaac has hallucinations of his dead girlfriend Nicole from the first Dead Space.

And Chrysalis must be either Wilson or House`s female co-worker that i think he got a previous relationship with. Also, there are just so many easter eggs in this video.
