How to make donuts filled with Nutella (without donut cutter)
Homemade fluffy doughnuts recipe (Hazelnut chocolate donuts)
Soft Donut
1 egg (room temperature)
Warm milk 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Instant dry yeast 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
All-purpose flour 2 cups (260 g)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp (30 g)(room temperature)
Oil to fry donuts
Sugar to coat the donut
Nutella (hazelnut chocolate spread) to fill the donuts

This recipe makes 12 donuts
Temperature of the oil should be about 170°C -180°C (338°F-356°F)
