I am floored! Bincy your recipe was astoundingly successful! I have tried baking bread using only whole wheat , but was always unsuccessful. My bread turned out soft in the inside and toasty on the outside. My mom , who is usually sceptical of my attempts at baking, was delighted at my success. This is genuinely the best recipe I’ve found for whole wheat bread. I’ve made in 4 times and each loaf was a 10/10. I used cheap No Name flour and it was still awesome. I agree that a full 10 minutes of kneading followed by a window pane test is necessary.

My first time baking and it was so successful! I was kind of worried that my dough was too wet and sticky but i stuck to the recipe and omg this bread is so moist and fluffy i love it! I'm so happy my first time went so well! 🥰🥰

I baked this bread last night. It was absolutely delicious! I’ve tried a couple of bread recipes before but this one was the best so far. However I only used 2 cups of wheat flour since it seemed to be sufficient for the amount of water we are using here. Thank you for the recipe!

I made this yesterday and for the first time, I can eat homemade whole-wheat bread. Great recipe! I used Gold Medal Whole wheat flour from Walmart and canola oil instead of butter, with no salt in place of the salt. we made sandwiches with it and they were perfectly soft and delicious. One thing I did after kneading 12 minutes, was I couldn't do a window pane test. The dough didn't seem to have any give to it at all. So what I did was I covered the dough on the countertop with a bowl for 10 minutes and came back and tried the window pane test again and the dough was nice and stretchy and flexible. I'm not sure if maybe I had old flour as I don't make many whole wheat breads. But I was very pleased with the results of the bread. it's almost all gone. I guess I will have to make more whole wheat Bread tomorrow (clapping hands)👏👏👏👏❤🧡💛💚💙💓💗 thank you Bincy for such a great recipe!!!!

Happy to see many tried out users :) . I wanted to reply back after trying. Took little longer. But tried yesterday (My Grade 1(First standard) kid wanted to make sandwich for her cookery session online class). She didnt want me to buy bread from outside :). So, I had backup plan as white bread (master of it now). I used 257gm wheat (Aashirwad atta - 1kg pack costed more but wanted to try out the best) +100 gm all purpose flour. Used the hand blender with knead attachment :) . Everything went perfectly. Only thing I felt (kid/wife didnt fee that though) is the height was little less compared to White bread (may be because maida makes more gluten than wheat). It was so soft and fluffy :) Thank You so much Bincy for the recipe & am glad that it was useful for many. I'll be trying with the whole wheat again and will update :) . Sorry for trying out late
This recipe is amazing. I made this today and one third of the loaf is already gone😅 It's very soft, moist and fluffy. I used olive oil instead of butter in the dough and it gave a nice subtle flavor which both me and my husband liked. I'll be definitely trying more of your recipes. Perfection! I have been trying for the longest time to have a perfect loaf without success...with your recipe I was able to do the perfect loaf, fluffy, light and delicious! Thank you very, very much for this recipe! I added four different seeds and much less honey, still came out perfect! And by the way, I only used Atta Whole Wheat Flour to do it.

Look no further guys, this is hands down the best whole-wheat bread I’ve ever had and I didn’t like wheat bread at all. I tried her white bread recipe just as she posted and for the first time in my life I have made the perfect bread. Out of curiosity I decided to try the whole wheat and I can’t believe my taste buds the whole wheat is the best tasting bread have ever had. Totally worth it. Thanks for sharing this recipe. This gives out a perfect bread and the best part is I get to make it with whole wheat flour!! I have shared this recipe with my other friends as they loved the bread when they tasted it. Now I bake bread every Sunday ☺️
I tried the recipe except I used olive oil instead of butter and half honey and half molasses instead of just honey. I also used a stand mixer rather than by hand. In 15 minutes on low/medium speed my dough easily had enough gluten development. I’m impressed with how it came out. It’s flavor and texture is wonderful and it’s actually 100% whole grain which is quite rare. I was tired of store bought breads saying whole grain but being half white flour
I followed Bincy’s recipe but used 100 g of all purpose flour to make sure to get a proper rise. I allowed the first proof to last 1-1/2 hours. I learned a lot by reading the detailed information on Bincy’s website about all the different flours, nutritional value, etc… etc… My bread is baking now and it smells amazing. I will definitely make this bread again.
So I just made this, and it was perfect. My bread tin was wider and flatter (not sure where the heck it came from) so the shape a bit different. I added 1 tbsp of sugar not 2, and half almond milk and half water, and 2 cups whole wheat bread flour and 3/4 AP flour. I also placed a cup of water in the oven. These were the only changes made 🙏🏻 10/10

Baked this today. Did 50-50 with wholewheat flour and all-purpose flour. It came out excellent! Super soft, too. Tastes so much better than store-bought bread.

Hello, So, I saw your video 2 days ago and read some comments of the many people who tried this recipe and how happy they were to have found your channel. I didnt have all the ingredients on the first time I saw you so I thought: I'll get them and will make it "tomorrow" and see if this is really that easy ( I have never baked/made bread) for some people claimed they were 'first' making it and they got it right and it was so delicious....So, I DID ...and it came out soooooo good that I was so extremely happy and my husband loved it (the downside to it is that now he wants me to make home made bread 😏 more often) it was just like if it was bought but with a beautiful flavor ( I used clover honey)..Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart by the ways my husband asked me to suscribe today ...so I did!!!

I add vital wheat gluten to my recipe, just a table spoon makes a difference and I add the salt last so that it doesn't kill the yeast. Nice video thanks ⛄

There are so many bakers or wannabe-bakers showing their stuff here on YT... and I would patiently watch, take notes, follow the recipe to the letter and even research when the time to bake or the temperature or unit of measurement is missing. Yet still, most of the time -- the result is ... pfft! 😕 I don't know where I went wrong... Luckily, I came across your channel, Bincy, 😌 and tried quite a few of your recipes.
