I will advise you to replace the whole pump. Maybe it is the o-ring, maybe not. Check the price of a new pump and you will make the decision.

Yes. These things can be insanely expensive. The one I am working on is $1,200 USD new. Fluid-o-tech sells rebuild kits!

Where can we by a rebuild kit ?

Not really, if you are more careful and handy you can get it apart without breaking it. But the first time would most probably be like this.

when i rebuilt the pump i knew i would replace internal graphite components so mine also shattered like in this video. would have needed some kind of press that applies even gradual pressure to remove graphite without shattering. i also think graphite can be seized in place after years of use so could break even using a press.
