Are you prepared to share your answers! Photography and video is not a crime! Therefore, is it about time that society should be used to it by now? or Should the law be changed? In our modern day society and from a sociological point of view, one never knows how one's day will go until you start your day. Same could be said for reasonable interactions caught on camera, you never know how one person may react from another! Photography and video in any public space is deemed lawful, also on private property with many interactions taking place with implied rights of access... What is not lawful, is any person photographed or recorded with video, who then decide to get aggressive, and act like they both know the law and are the law!
The security guards were very good and I'd say the younger one was very cool, measured and well spoken, I'd say he is most certainly good enough to become a police officer and do very well for himself.
@Banaman, you are right . Photography is not a crime and should stay that way. Cameras are not the problem. Sometimes, it's the person behind the camera is the problem, and how they conduct themselves.
My Late Uncle Jack was a dry stone waller in West Yorkshire and as a southern lad it fascinated me to watch him build or repair walls loved going up to Yorkshire in the summer holidays and one of my treats was driving out with him onto the moors where he would repair a dry stone wall. Expect them to still be standing now forty years later.
Usual madness of life in the modern world where others have a fear of cameras , defo want to put a shout out for the dry stone wall man, that's a dying art and a skill that takes a good amount of time to perfect , his work was mint , however I cant say the same for some of the others 😏
i get why people would be angry but people are choosing to interfere with him when he has took all the correct precautions and gotten paperwork, you was very polite at all times and if someone were to approach you who know what they were on about and had correct facts then there would be no issue. you are free to go where you please so long as you are not trespassing, bored security guards get power hungry when they get a little bit of action
Once upon a time " WE THE PEOPLE " roamed and travelled freely around this fine country that no one owned, so how is it that land is bought and sold to corporations etc. and " WE THE PEOPLE " now have less land to roam and travel on, pavements and roads are our domain and even access to these is deminishing, it's like we're cattle and some sheep being herded and corralled into ever smaller confines and constantly surveyaled and processed, some may ask who, what, why where and when?, who's orchestrating?, when did it begin?, where are these orchestrators?, why is it happening?, what's the END game?, yet another fantastic investigation Mark but I'd love longer videos, 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
It began with the Norman invasion, before that, all the land belonged to individuals with small holdings, the land was divided up into allotments basically. Following the invasion, land was confiscated from those that opposed the conquest and awarded to the conquerors and people that helped them. That's why 90% of the country still belongs to the Normans and 10% of the population own everything 👍
NOW I understand why Evri (rebranded Hermes) is the mist useless parcel delivery company in the UKI I refuse to purchase off any company that uses them.
Are the drivers partially sighted and can only see folk wearing Hi -vis ? . Any excuse to drop tools and meddle in somthing they are not qualified in .
The way you go about this stuff is weird. I can imagine you with a girl locked up in a homemade dungeon in your house getting told you know some legal loophole to keep her there. You're a creepy guy Mark
You have creepy ideas in your imagination Mat, how often do you think like that about women and home made dungeons in your own house... You might want to think about your creepy ideas Mat, they are creepy!
I don't go lurking around places people are trying to work, dressed as a fake copper, thinking I'm an authority on private companies that don't give a fuck about my "score" of their professionalism. If I described someone like that to a normal person they'd say "he needs help".
So fuck if he does what he does, we all are free to do what we want to do………… If you don’t like it or find it creepy, then don’t watch it, it’s that simple mate…… What is very disturbing and creepy is to talk about holding women against their will in Dungeons ….. if you are looking for that sort of stuff you can try the creepy part of the dark web mate…….
Really Mark? You're headed into "Auditing Britain" territory here - devilment for the sake of it. BUT, I'd love you to go back and do a video on the dry stone wall guy. He may appreciate a bit of free publicity! (and no, I have no idea who he is)
dude do you actually know why property fences, gates, and barriers are placed where they are, it might be unexpected but I don't think there is any "devilment" needed to bring attention to that question?!
@@heateslier Devilment: causing trouble for the sake of it. Have you seen "Auditing Britain"'s channel? He goes out of his way to antaganise the police for the sake of it. I feel Mark is doing the same here. Did he have nothing better to do that day? Hence my use of the word "devilment".
Honestly if this is what you do with your time I feel very sorry for you. What on earth happened to you doing independent Journalism ? How you can even call yourself a journalist is a joke.
