@@warface4881 for the tank industry in Leeds Vickers. We used Kevlar and different mixes in the rubber room. I wore a charcoal filter mask. Toluene was the chemical that we used. Very nasty stuff. On top of that fibre glass we're floating around. Did that to pay a mortgage. When I woke up one morning decided to go back to Engineering and kicked the ex out.. lmao 🤪
Since nobody has bothered to answer you I'll give you what I learned from the comment section. Apparently silicone in this form is used for a variety of applications but it seems that molds are the most common use. That's what I got anyway.

There's an automatic shut-off. If anything that conducts electricity, such as a hand, comes in contact with both rollers, it stops immediately and won't pull it in.
