One of the freak accidents that happens in life but unfortunately happened on her…and it could have happened to anyone. Just wish her safe and well…

Didn't know falling into a sinkhole can be so complicted, has leaded to death and couldn't find the victim's body. I felt sorry for the family members and wishes the victim RIP and good destination (good rebirth).

Better double check by geologist before flushing hastily, the whole block of shophouses may cave in by the action, underground of KL are full of limestone caves

not sure if the strategy of this rescue operation is well established. I know they all work very hard for that, but without listing all the possibilities, possible location of the victim, how can we find the best approach to find her? I meant there is a blueprint for the city sewer system right? Anyway, we all need to learn and improve. This will not be the only incident, there will be more sinkhole as city's infrastructure are aging.

It's looks like sebelom peristiwa ini memamang ada satu lubang besar kat situ. The original hole was in rectangle shape evenly. Tempat duduk tepi sana pun, batu dia terangkat...pressure drp dlm. May be before this ada lubang kat situ.Dia tutup ngan batu-bata kecil pink color. Kalau ta, macam mane hole dia segi empat tepat.

I could not imagine what the family would be feeling. Lepas ni xtaulah DBKL akan buat apa? harap2 buat lah kerja. Jgn reti menyaman orang jer, minum teh dalam kul 10, mengular sapai kul 12. X tualh betul ker tidak. Dengar citer jer. Gaji banyak, service malas, bila ditanya, dijerkah, bila ditegur marah. Lagi naik gaji, lagi naik kepala. Harap xgitulah kerajaan ni.

OMG. Not even safe for a tourist to walk on the streets of KL anymore. Can disappear into a sinkhole anytime. Why they didnt have a movable metal criss-cross support under that pavement where it sank?

The sinkhole digged out bigger and bigger, yet no body found...suspected body already bloated in the water more than 24 hrs period. RIP.

Inefficient, they should never pause the operation.... The fact that they resume the next day at 9 Am is crazy.... No common sense, are we out of man power for rescue mission, this should be held 24hours straight back to back.

This is what we termed as Force Majure...nobody could have predicted this as sink hole built up over time...our best hope is that this is just a random event that does not affect the rest of KL...

I SUGGEST USE COLOR WATER TO TRACK HOW THE WATER FLOWS, FLUSHING IS NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL, U NEED TO KNOW WHERE IT GOES FIRST THEN YOU CAN LOCATE THE POSSIBILITIES AND ALSO THE WATER DESIGN SYSTEM REALLY BAD, THIS KIND OF INCIDENT STILL NEED TO TAKE MORE THAN 24 HOURS AND STILL NO CLUE
