Looks wonderful as usual Nick! Out of interest do you use anything to balance the panel once machined? Any issues with cupping once the CNC has carved the fronts?

Hello, I’m trying to re-create a dresser that I saw online that has fluted panels. After researching how to accomplish the fluted effect, I came across your video. I’ve tried reaching out to companies to help me out with the CNC touting and they’ve told me it’d be an uneconomical project for them. So with that being said, I have a couple questions: 1) I believe you’re overseas, but do you ship panels to US? 2) If I end up finding someone with a CNC router, what is the bit you’re using in this video? 3) Do you have any alt suggestions that could help me achieve this look?

Sorry I don’t ship to the US - but follow my on Instagram to see more - it’s a 2inch ballnose cutter + 4mm deep (flutes are 30mm wide) (sorry can’t convert all of my metric to imperial…
