Aspiring software dev and let me tell you something, I watched when Flutter Flow released years ago and it was NOTHING compared to this! This makes the development process SO much easier and MY GOD this is powerful thanks for making this detailed tutorial I am currently rebooting an old project I have been dying to make and this video has sparked me to get back on it!!!!

Your tutorial is very clear and helpful. But problem: I'm an absolute beginner and have been following along trying to build my first app as you're teaching me in this program. But I can't get beyond agreeing to terms of service. It takes me to where it's supposed to be allowed to agree, and then keeps telling me to Try Again, with the particular error message given "There was an unknown error while processing the request." Then "Try again," and it's a doom loop. Help!

# replay Hello I have a question about an app I’m wanting to create, and you probably get allot of them but this one might be unique? So I’m looking to build an app or martial arts students specifically for one school. I want it to be able to play a video that we are able to upload and have the capability to change the playback speed at will. We want to have an ability to lock specific parts of this app until approved by the instructor. This will allow the students to only be able to access the curriculum or videos at there belt rank. Then if we could add a messaging platform on it aswell that would be awesome that way the instructor can post polls or quizzes or announcements in a group chat to the students on the app.

Hi Doc, I followed your tutorial but received a message saying ‘Error creating Firebase project - you must accept the GCP and Firebase terms of service to create a Firebase project’. There are links to click but nowhere on those links does it allow me to accept terms of service. Can you please clarify what I need to do?

hello sir? i want to try to build the app that include two main service section. 1 for Photography and wedding , 2 for food service. If the app user choose the 1 service there is more details in 1. and also 2. .... in addition , there may be need the business chat bot for each services. Thanks so much. I am new to App creation and was looking around as to what software is used to create new apps and found FlutterFlow and your excellent introduction. I am wanting to create an app for our Scouts club and make the experience individual to the member when they are logged in. Like show them what badges they have earned so far etc.. and also to book trips and make payments for such. Then allow access to learning material. So what you have described today is really helpful, thank you. I am now going to start on the backend database so I can hopefully customise the screen with the users accreditations based on say Badge 1 = 0 or 1 and if 1 display the badge on their page :-) Anyway I am sure this has been done somewhere before. Hi I’m very new to this, I’m planing on making an app that enables users to create packing lists for going on holiday or on trips. The idea is that you can organise everything you need to pack and have functionality to tick items off the list when you have packed them. I am also planning on adding a feature where you can add the weight of an item and then the total weight of your luggage is calculated. Within Flutterflow would it be possible to import a library of the weight of items, or create one myself, of common items, and then have it so that when someone adds, say a MacBook to their list, it is able to find the weight of it from the library then add it to the weight section? Hopefully this makes sense, my plan is to start with very basic functionality and then build from there, just curious if this would be possible somewhere down the line. Thanks for the video.

Doc, How are you. I am designing a new version of my fishing tournament app. The app allows a user to create a tournament, invite anglers to the private tournament, specifies what type of fish are allowed, scoring types, etc. Lots of variables. App allows for notifications when other users submit a catch. Needs an tournament directors backend for large tournaments to verify catches with photos, etc. Needs overall admin backend for problem logins, etc. Is this something that Flutter can do? There is lots of reporting on the app that can get complicated. So much more.

Never thought that I'd need to create an app to aid my business, but luckly that time came after this software was released.

Would you be willing to do a tutorial on how to create a social media app like tiktok or threads with flutterflow from scratch?

Hello Doc. Can you help me solve the problem in Flutter Flow? My problem is this: in my application there are categories, and each category has its own products. The home page has a search function, that is, there we can find products by name. Each product also has a geolocation. The problem is that when we search through search and find a product, the geodata on the Google map shows correctly, but when we go to the product through categories, the location is the same for everyone. Although each product has individual data. Thank you in advance!

I want to create an app (iOS/Android/web) that allows me to track the trips of different drivers with their own login accounts (about 40) using various vehicles each day. Additionally, the app should have the ability to record manually the start and end times of their shifts. For each trip, the license plate, the location and time of the start of the trip, the location and time of the end of the trip, any special notes, and the final odometer reading need to be recorded. The registration should be able to be closed at the end of the day, so that changes cannot be made afterward, except by an administrator. A daily report should be generated that can be sent/printed as an email and/or PDF. Furthermore, I want the database to be accessible from the office so that specific trips can be searched based on license plate and date. The web version for the office only needs a consultation/search function. The mobile version should allow users to browse through the trips taken on the current day and possibly make adjustments as long as the day has not been closed. Additional functionalities will likely be added over time. I’m very curious about flutter flow and I hope it will be possible. I’ll watch your RU-vid tutorials. Thanks in advance.

I am wondering if FlutterFlow support offline mode, incase the internet connectivity is not there, that it save the changes locally and after the internet connectivity is established then sychnronize the changes. 2nd Q: I using REST API for my company databaase. for that I have to use authentication mechanism where token has to be refreshed. is there any possibility to do that in Flutterflow. "3 main concepts of building an app..", as if ANYBODY can build an app, even a simple and basic app! How about having the proper knowledge & skills FIRST? So many of these tools AND the content creators all pushing these videos making it appear to be so simple and that anyone can just get FlutterFlow and build an app, IMO, is disingenuous. Sure Flutterflow makes it simpler, but nobody is gonna just fire up FF and create an app of any substance. You as a creator should actually push more content on the VERY basics and how to learn the very basics.. THAT would generate you more subscribers and following. That is who the REAL market is, TRUE beginners.

Thanks for the nice Tutorial Doc. Been going through your older videos to learn about FF as I am just embarking on my NoCode journey, and I can see that some stuff are different. Does FlutterFlow have the capability to build an app that processes live video and audio and give real time feedback using AI? I’m also not sure whether I should use firebase or supabase for the Backend for my use case. Anyways I’d love to connect with you if possible if you provide consultation services for beginners like myself. I’m trying to be more efficient with time and money instead of learning outdated or non relevant tools.

So my question is how can I develop an intricate sophisticated social media platform that is password protected, where users can create and customize their profiles, I'd like to have a marketplace on the app, I would also like to have geo-location features, like "find local musicians near me" or "Music stores near me" or "music studios near me" etc... I want there to be an education based element in the platform, so to have a central virtual university type section of the website... Need people to be able to upload their music, videos, pics, comment, share, etc... I want to have a lot of cool features, but I definitely have a ton of questions. Hi Doc. Thank you so much for the video, very helpful. I just tried navigating each section on my FlutterFlow screen and there was no "Adding New Page" (the green "+" button) available. There was only the "AI Generated Page" button. So now I can only play around on one page, and could not add any new pages to try the connecting action. Can you kindly advise on how I can fix this? Very useful video, learnt a ton! Is it possible to populate listview dynamically? So instead of selecting an existing collection, we could have a button that generates a collection of documents for the user that is signed in, and displays those documents in a listview under the button?

I expected to see a functional basic application and instead this was just a walkaround of some of the features FlutterFlow provides. Also this feels like a wordpress on steroids. Looks promising, but I’m skeptical.

Great video, not sure if anyone mentioned but I was having the same issue making my own documents too like at 32:40 .... Turns out it was the image upload messing up the functionality!!! It only worked for me after linking my images through the URL option.

For the project I am working on, I am looking for a way to overlay my own text and images over google maps (or any other map design), when you click a location on said map.
