Down dmside to spatter spray you have to clean up the earia after with alcohol, thinner or fuel because the paint won't stick to the metal.

I need to extract a broken bolt - should I spray this a few inches around bolt?? Or should I use something like aluminum foil?

Depending on what's next to it could use either. If you want more of a heat and spatter protection then use the foil.

It lasts a long time. My last can lasted almost a year, that was only using it here in my garage.

Fry-Lite cooking oil - the stuff in the pump-top sprayer supposed to be for cooking breakfast - that's THE BEST anti-spatter spray there is for any wire process, Mig or Flux-core. Everything else is rubbish by comparison. Fact. Squirt your tip with some - thank me later.

what about ( when tip is geting to hot wire stucks in that tip and when welding wire starts to have trubble to slide out of that tip

My millermaric 130 has flux core...i learned to buy hobart wire or other good brands..harbor freight wire sucks..i also use dip, it keeps spatter down a bunch..sometimes no spatter at all

that grease does not save tip even if you dip it every weld , your wire get welded to that copper sooner or later , only way is to make sure you have enough stick out

I should have! I haven't had their 250 pro but I had the 135 and these fit on it: www.harborfreight.com/gasless-flux-core-nozzle-set-2-piece-63795.html I'd bet the nozzle threads are the same and it would fit on the 250 as well.

@@-DIYPRO- I have to add, your videos have made this process much simpler as I have never welded before. I have yet to get me welds to look like most of you guys do on RU-vid, It feels like the setting its telling me to put it on for 3mm is a bit hot, when I lower it it gets better but, still not really right. I will continue practicing, I am sure that is what its going to take. Funny note, I didn't have much metal around when it arrived, I looked outside and saw my old barbecue grill out there and it was sacrificed for my educational purposes, had to promise to my wife to buy a new one before summer.
