I have one of these and although i like the machine i found the motor is quite weak, set the motor a 4v or even 5v and just run a 9 RS needle against some cardboard or fake skin and push it hard. The needle will eventually stall out . My FK exo or Ez tattoo machines just power through the same test with the same cartridge . Maybe it's just mine that doesn't seem to have much punch. I wish i could get a new motor to try as i like the machine apart from the slightly weak motor.
I've really been debating as to whether or not i want one of these. From a hygiene standpoint apparently FK Irons ain't it and these are better in that aspect. I don't need bluetooth and the e-give are kind of ehh
You cann't have e-give without a brushless motor, this machine for the price is the best thing you can get lacking the two features you mentioned. I have two EXO clones and they knock the real FK out of the park. They have a real ratchet grip and the specs are identical. If you want to spend an extra grand for e-give and bluetooth, that's on you. But I learned on direct drive and it is not required in any way if you know what organic give is. Love that this one has the left handed mode like the orig.
What other machines have you ran to compare this too? I'm looking for the best valued machine around $200 USD and I wonder if I should go this route or not.
@LilGrimPeeper here a link to a machine i would really recommend. It's either one, the "Inkone Narw" or the "Inkone Novum". The "Inkone Novum" has more fancier setup than the "Narw" but this last one has a nice touch screen. These are good machines and most important, they're budget friendly. @@devonzachariasmedia it depends on your style and how you like to hold your machine, really. Direct drive is such a genius design, you can't really mess it up. If you're like me, you do it all, and you want balance. I need a super fat grip so the EXO or clone sitting at 40mm is ideal for me. Heavy nose and grips wide like my mountain bike, less wrapping, less cost, more nose weight (Offsetting the battery and keeping your focus where it needs to be). I've used CNC Q2, Q3, Mast Flip, WJX Maxon, Beveace Shorty, Bishop Wand, FK Exo, Xion Spectra, Javelin X and the Chyenne Sol Nova. EXO wireless or Beveace if I'm going strictly wired. Nimble, good center of gravity.

im a little bit confused if what machine im gonna buy , cuz i want to buy the mast fold pro , but it is pricey, and i saw this flux max , actually i currently using the 1 version of flux clone and im a bit disappointed, and i want to try something new and better , can you tell me the difference with the 1st version flux ? to this flux max ??? cuz it is way more cheaper than the mast fold pro

@arifpoloz4873 Greetings, if you're looking to do that style of tattooing with bold lines, I would recommend the WOS E50, you will get better lining with a 5.0mm stroke length. However, if you can buy that one, you can go for the EXO replica. Thanks for commenting
@Norzum un saludo. Pues la verdad es que las dos son muy buenas. La diferencia está en la tecnología que tienen, jeje, por otra parte, a mí en lo personal me gusta como se siente la EXO al trabajar. Por otra la Flux Max se siente más más de lujo, jeje. Cualquier máquina que escojas será la indicada. Solo considera que stroke necesitas para el tipo de trabajo que haces. Espero haber sido de ayuda.
@@inkbendertattoostudio la verdad es que me da miedo por que por el grip no se cual coger si una u otra, por que la flux máx me gusta más que se pueda bajar el voltaje y no de 1 en 1 como la exo. Ambas sientes que tengan el peso en la punta? Tienen buena estabilidad? Respecto a peso van muy similar? Mil gracias amigo por ayudarnos siempre tanto!
@Norzum, pues la verdad es que si son orientadas hacia adelante con el peso, y en cuanto a la estabilidad, si, si son bastante estables. Pues si andas buscando ese tipo de manipulación en la batería, pues como ya te comenté, no puedes equivocarte con ninguna. En adición, el grip de la Flux Max es un par de milímetros más chico que el de la EXO

@maxi portus no tengo ahorita ningún otro video sobre la Fold Pro. Pero en mi opinión la Flux Max clone está mucho mejor. Eso sí, hay que tener en cuenta el "para que" la queremos usar. Porque muy a pesar de que la Fold Pro llega a tener 4.2mm de stroke, la velocidad del motor no respalda ese stroke para líneas, y tampoco el sistema de "soft-drive" que tiene es muy idóneo para líneas en mi opinión personal. Ah, sería una máquina genial para black&grey(2.4mm a 3.5mm) y para saturar color en 4mm o 4.2mm. por otra parte, la Flux Max clone o la EXO Clone(es la que uso a diario) debido a su motor de alta y de gran torque, son máquinas que con el stroke de 4mm hacen muy buenas líneas sólidas (un solo pase) con calibres tan altos como 9rs hasta 14rs(son los que uso yo)
@user-kc7dg1uc2g greetings and thanks for the comment. Bro, traditionally shorter strokes has been used to do PMU because they cause less trauma to the skin. So i would say go with the 3.5mm stroke one, however the "Mast SMP" is worth checking. That one is designed for it. I haven't put my hands on it yet, but it looks promising. It ain't wireless tho.

These clone batteries will work as long as they're not the Xnet flux (those are too thick). The only thing you'll have to do is change the O-ring and that will do(even without the gasket, but it's always advisable to put on. Hope this helps. @João Graeff thanks for reaching out. Bro, the batteries will work for sure when it come to power up the machine. However, neither the e-give nor the Bluetooth features will work on the clone. Oh wow. I bought the original flix max. Cost me 2012$ CAD after shipping from a licensed supplier and 1 battery is dead dead and the other only lasted 3 hours approx.
Bro, did you contacted them? Cuz that's a lotta cash. Anyone would expect more from a machine that expensive. I already ran both clone the EXO and the Flux Max and I can't put down my EXO Clone, i was gonna keep the flux max clone, but i ended up selling it. Bro. Customer service, get a new battery or some money back.

Thanks for the video, very enlighting about this machine features. Can one stop the jump start feature in this machine. AFAIK is not that good for the logliverty of the motor to have a peak start... 👍
Thanks bro, seasons greetings. I don't think it'll be possible to stop that feature since it's built in the battery itself. So, once you tamper with the battery it may stop functioning properly
