Fly fishing a small Clark Fork River tributary in western Montana 

This was a day trip in early May 2024 to a tributary of the Clark Fork in western Montana. It's a tailwater with its headwaters deep in the majestic Anaconda Pintler Wilderness. There were a lot of whitefish on this day with some smaller trout interspersed. Not a stellar day of fishing, but the streamside scenery was a ten.
