This is great stuff, Mike. Enjoyable water, looks really pleasant. Not looking for location of this creek in particular, just wondering if you're more north central or 'greater Bend region' central? I fish further west, just like seeing what's in the central part of the state. Cheers.

When euro-nymphing? The main reason for changing is to change the weight of the fly rather than to change the pattern. Each run or pool may require different weights from the previous spot to get the right drift. I think 80% of success is getting the right drift where the fish are. Changing weights lets you do that. The other 20% of success may be related to the fly pattern so I'll change patterns when I'm not getting takes in spots where I know there should be fish. Hope this helps!
