How is that a C# minor? The first note of the melody they sing is G# and it follows the scale. The first note in original is C, while the first chord is Am. Meaning original is in Am, some say Cmajor but it doesnt really matter. The point is, if the first notr of the melody is G#, it means the first chord should be Fm. And therefore the key should be Fm, or G# major. Someone please explain this to mee!

Idk, the first note he sings when sayin "fly" is G#. And if we reffer to original that is in Am, starting with chord Am but first note being C and following the Cmajor/ Am scale, this should be in Fm / G#major. Thats how transposing a song works, i dont know if they changed the compozition or something? It confuzes me heavily. How did you come to think its from Cm?
