Thanks for reviewing it and sharing the experience with the rest of us! Always nice to get impressions after some time has passed and you have "hours" on a system not "flights".
I have the eco2 with the cosmos 300. The weight of me and my passenger is about 440 pounds. My experience is that the cosmos 300 has to work a lot to allow us to climb. Perhaps the RMZ 500 would have been better, but the weight exceeds 120 kg, which is very difficult to register in the Netherlands.
I transport it on a small modified boat trailer. It is perfect. I just drive it on there. for long distances I just remove the cage and propeller. The bags come with the trike. i have the cosmos 300 version. I don't know if the cage is removed as easily as the rmz version. love this trike.
How are these motors not EFI yet? I want one of these but I really hate the carbs. I live at 8,800 ft, I fly out of different ranges from 4,400 to 9,600' at temps from 20F to 90F..
@@travcarrie yeah but need to make that 500 EFI. Could put a BLDC on the shaft and use it for starting and power generation and run a digital ignition along with EFI would at least maximize performance if not add a few more HP.
