It's honestly a shame that in the end, this coaster is gonna get completely overshadowed by Taron... Because the theming of this ride and the surrounding area is beyond drop dead gorgeous, I honestly didn't think it was possible to make somthing more beautiful as Klugheim.
Absolutely not, fortunately. I mean they can hardly be compared as they are different coaster types but Fly is considered something a out of the world and once in a world experience, as Taron is a LSM coaster like many others too. I think Fly has gotten its weight in the coaster industry and after having ridden it for some times I actually prefer it over Taron, maybe because I have ridden Taron for some hundred times now hehe
@@alexmo8950 I can only speak for myself of course, but personally? I was a bit underwhelmed by FLY. I don't think it took full advantage of its flying concept (having not a single moment of traversing the course on its back), and while the transition from sitting to flying position was done in a really cool way, apart from that the ride just kinda feels like an invert in a pretty awkward position (and Phantasialand already has a fantastic invert). When I visited the park in 2020 specifically for this ride, we had time to do one more attractionat the end of the day, having done both this and Taron once. We chose Taron. Perhaps the ride felt underwhelming because my anticipation hyped it up way too much so I'm really excited to give it another chance but for now? I think the intense launch, fast transitions and great sense of speed of Taron are gonna resonate with the public more.
@@AVdE10000 I think you are one of the only people I heard saying it didn't live up to its hype. In my, and most others opinion FLY is the only flying coaster that really feels like flying, and not just laying down.
@@mstrmren yeah, I probably am and I'm aware of that. Which is why I'm super excited to give the ride another chance, it wouldn't be the first time my opinion on a ride changed completely with a new perspective. I'm gonna try to visit the park again this year, mostly to rediscover FLY.
I think F.L.Y. is the best flying coaster out there, but far from being the best coaster. Rookburgh is just out of this world. Feels like the "wasted" an amazing theme with the wrong coaster type. Imagine "fly to happiness" in Rookburgh. That would have been EPIC and probably same level or better than taron... pity! there is a video on my channel that explains why I think FLY is the best flying coaster in the world but far from being the best coaster. Check it out!
How to turn an amazing piece of art into an even more stunning piece of art! This should be used as ad on the television :-P Or maybe just not to avoid an overcrowded Phantasialand :-P
This is the best editing I’ve ever seen, from the music, to the rapid montages, to the transitions, this video is a masterpiece just like the coaster...
😁 -Marvin
@@exploringthemeparks2008 Nice! Also, don't believe the people who say it's a Mackprodukt. It's a Max and Moritz produkt! >:D Be sure to check out our whoopee cussion organ as well!
Watching this after expieriencing Rookburgh in every way possible makes me happy, it is so unbelievable awesome, and by far my favourite theme-area in that park and overall! It might not be the best Coaster in the Park, but its so fun to ride over and over, I could never get bored of this, and combined with the whole area Rookburgh and the Hotel Charles Lindbergh it is defiently my number one spot in the Park! And the food in the Restaurant Uhrwerk..out of this world, amazing, just like the Service
