Hmm, well, I kinda understand that as the gas can be dangerous (risk of suffocation). Over in Canada and probably America you can purchase one of these: www.balloontime.com/Libraries/Balloon_Time_Product_Images_and_Badges/helium_tanks.sflb.ashx And I bet thats what they used in the video.

Oh wow thats cool xD helium tanks in toyshops. here you have to not have a criminal record of any kind and you must proofe that however youre going to use it is safe and in some way usefull (so not just making youre voice sounds funny or anything like it) holland has way to many rules :l oh well.

Actually that's a pretty good thing because Helium is running out on earth as it is a non-renewable resource. The average price of pure helium for scientists is around $100 a balloon if I remember, and here we are just inhaling it for fun (we have a much less 98% pure helium)

Altogether this costs about $120 dollars in the US but in Australia about $160 for the helium canister and the RC blimp. good luck on selling that.
