We flew from Addison Texas (Dallas) to Telluride Colorado in a Turbo Twin Comanche at 16,000 feet. Telluride is one of the most beautiful places int the United States and I love it there! Lots of scenic views, waterfalls and a fun place to visit.

I used to go in there with a Lear 31A back in 90's with skiers. Later I took a G-200 in there and it had to be VFR since we had lousy 2nd segment performance. Brings back old memories. Some good, some not so good. Nice footage.

We were there last November, it was a longer drive from London, Ontario, Canada. The snow was late coming, so we actually got to drive up Imogene Pass to the top, but back down into Telluride again. Lots of snow already on the Ouray side. It snowed quite a bit that night, I think we may have been the last to drive to the top for 2016.

Lovely views , thanks for 90/270 explanation. Shipping has a similar thing for man overboard, the Williamson turn, hard over towards the MOB until 60 degrees off course then reverse the rudder and the turn should take you back up the wake , it works for everything yacht to 500,000 tonnes .

my backyard, nice. You probably flew right over Durango, yeah? I've always wanted to see SW Colorado from a small aircraft. I'm sure it's quite the experience landing in T-Ride, hell, it's one of the scariest passes (not fer me, fer the flat landers) in the state if you drive via Silverton. And T-Ride is my favorite place 'on earth' to go to a music festival (or the Mushroom festival!) or any festival, there's one every weekend in the summer. Thanks for sharing Bobby

Highest I ever got in my Cherokee Pathfinder (PA-28-235) was 11,500. But the Appalachians are not as high as the Rockies. I did fly through the valley between Ashville, NC and Johnson City TN. Was quite interesting to have mountains on each side of me. My Favorite Airport was Transylvania County Airport in NC. Looking for a Sailboat now. Want to share it with my kids, similar to the Pfeiffers.

You wanna fly again???? Eff the medical... I wanted to be a pilot and then decided the hell with all the rules... I fly Paramotors... the best kind of flying there is... skim the ground and touch it with your feet... climb up to 10,000ft and glide down... Store it on your boat, in your garage... take it with you in the car... no hangar fees and only the price of a motorcycle... check it out if you ever get the urge to be a bird again...

Is there a more flagrant attempt at trying to have other people pay for "my life style" and greed? "Hoping to get enough patrons so I can by a new boat...preferably a new cat." Used to like the videos, now just a sob story and old footage of being a pilot. When asked if he could return to being a pilot his answer is "he'd prefer his new career as a videographer"...of what? His new thing is to try and network using crappy live stream from the islands. As I said, loved the premise with the dogs and the hot girls and sailing (of course he did admit it wasn't in him to solo sail). Too bad it doesn't look like that's in the future. Not when you're too busy trying to beg more booze donations and getting your "Sail mate" to expose herself for patrons.
