2 years back in the height of the pandemic.... I had travelled on Air India.. We had booked an economy class ticket but they voluntarily upgraded us to Business class.... But then they didn't have hot towels... We just got a packaged tetra pack juice and then some pre packaged food... But good that I got this maharaja experience for the normal price

The cabin crew greets in airindia during boarding as well as deboarding however the same warmth is missing in low cost carrier like indigo and akasa..recently when I flew from agartala to guwahati in a a low cost carrier...cabin crew was busy in checking phone during boarding..no greetings at all ..same during...deboarding
Come to silchar and than to lakhipur and do lakhipur to guwahati bus i suggest you to travel deep travels bus not only this route in North East deep travels and network are very best bus travels
