Is there a specific place on the plane where they seat you and baby?

Yes they have specific seats for infants with bassinets but you have to prebook them.

They said that you’ll get it at the airplane door but I kept waiting and never got it. Later found it lying around the baggage area. It was a pain!

Heyy I would suggest to take a stroller or baby carrier for sure. There was this one time when we didn’t take it and we struggled so much that I wanted to cry. If your baby is under 8 months and you don’t have much hand luggage than a baby carrier might be enough.
