Fun fact about the eye patch: It wasn't because the person lost an eye, it was a form of night vision. When going from light to dark, they would switch eyes due to one being used to the dark

Yeah only #1, #5, and kinda-sorta #2 are normal the rest are quite dark, it's low-key the most f'ed up show I can think of off the top of my head now (how ironic), I mean not only did they allegedly kill one of the important (but not really main) characters he suffocated in sand of all the ways to go out, I just know it went up his nose.

Plus, it's a crazy idea to combine theory vids with theatrics, but not an impossible one. Just look at Matpat. However, I think he should fill the niche of crazier, larger theories.

I really loved the plot twist of that.. It was never a pass on kind of parasite. It’s not passing itself over to another host, it’s merely duplicating and infecting others. And it’s not just the plot twist alone, they throw you off course thinking that the friend Alex his muse was the real plot twist, and seeing THAT plot twist only proves how great of writing they put in.

@@mostar1219 It actually is, it's just way scarier with the video being black and white, the music being demonic and the context that's it's possibly symbolism of them suffocating, even without that it's kinda iffy though to be honest. They could've easily used Spongebob like in the original intro (or some other character) or made the flopping not look like THAT at the very least but here we are.

The only problem I can think of is on how he got his ship and about how/why he decided to get a pirate crew when he wants to torture SpongeBob (tho this last one can be explained with like he got bored or he wanted to become a real pirate so he ended up gaining a ship along the way or even to torture SpongeBob more effectively)

I tried so hard to find any holes in this theory, and the only one I could think of is when the Dutchman says, "It was the shirt I was buried in." But Patchy doesn't wear that shirt, and he wasn't wearing it when he was buried in the sand. Other than that, this theory is hauntingly rock solid; I can see it being canon.
