He may have "copied" the UH but this one is better. Better performance and better driving position.

Better than the UH, flies twice the height. But the wings could be slicker. And if it flies too high, clip the slicker wings.

Ah I actually do know as they/UH hold the patent. Not trying to go back and forth with you but UH is a customer of mine. The Dad invented the wing, currently hold several patents they are on the wall framed in the office. It's neat what this guy did but it is just a re-design of the wing.

How do you know it was stolen? You have no proof as to who actually started designing it first. I could be wrong but you are making brash assumptions :3 Especially since you don't know if the guy from UH actually was the first one to invent this, he made have produced them before. Also given the insular nature of New Zealand, it is entirely likely this guy did not know about UH.
