Flying my par motor over sharks what an awesome and epic adventure this o ne was, got to take off on the southern most point of boca grande, the shark capital of Florida! instagram-superchuckcw facebook-chucky wright
Chuck please make sure you let your viewers know flying low over water is the fastest way to drown. I dont see you wearing a floatation device. so if anything were to happen that 80lb engine would drag you under or hitting the water at speed will get you caught in your lines and a fast way to meet your sharks face to face. Ive fished out my fair share of paragliders who thought flying low over water was a safe option. Others will see you and think it's ok to do this with a paraglider. Please take care! becareful i dont want to hear about you in a later video i'd feel awful like i didnt warn you enough. Happy holidays!
yea, he's freakin' nuts. watching this lets me fantasize about it though. but then I think about the gyrocopter in Warcraft 3 that catches on fire when hit by just 1 arrow => no thanks.
We have been trying for months to find work in the upper Gulf coast and this really motivated me to keep looking. We live up near the mid atlantic area and it's always far too cold in the winter and the regulations make it impossible to do this with any regularity. Thanks for the videos as I just found your channel!
Super dangerous. I can imagine if that wind speed suddenly picked up you would not be going back to land but instead be forced out into the ocean. What safety equipment do you have in that scenario? Compressed air instant boat, life jacket, oars, satellite phone?
Wow skydiving and paramotor sailing are dangerous? You must be a genius, how did you come to that conclusion? You want him to carry a lifeboat shoved up his butt? Man people just have so many things to say on the internet
The world record largest hammerhead shark was caught right there under your feat in that very pass. A monster that was like 16 or 17 feet long, something like that.... its the tarpon fishing capital of the world and the tarpon bring in the sharks. Lots and lots of sharks.
That's great literally it seems like you can fly from anywhere from just a piece of land How much time it takes you to build this thing.. n how many times you failed before fly it .? I'm curious actually. Great dudes.
I love ❤️ people who lives on the edge so exciting I get bored fast but I’m not hanging out over no ocean where there sharks 🦈 be my luck my damn carrier fails me .
Dude!! You are going to get yourself hurt. 1) learn how to reverse launch. You are going to get dragged down the beach and into the water 2) stop flying over house and people 3) use floatation! 4) read far103 Feel free to delete this comment but please get some more training before you ruin it for all of us. It’s only gonna take one person to complain in the FAA will be all over you. You’re a good pilot. Just need some tweaking on your knowledge which is the easy part! Peace and love ✌️
Cool video! I used to do Paragliding in New Zealand and Australia. Over there you have to have a licence. Never tried paramotoring. Must give you way more freedom and safety? Remember having some scary landings when I lost the thermals and had a forest to clear lol 😉
@@iflyintos6164 You're a full turtle turtle - I'm surprised you haven't broken a finger from typing nonsense while sipping yer mocha latte on your keyboard in your slippers maaaaan!
whats the worst case scenario with paramotoring? if the motor fails is the wings still good for landing safely? if the wing fails and the motor safe for landing?
Am i the only one who cant see the "school" of sharks. Unless you mean the tiny fish shadows which i saw from time to time which look like ordinary fish to me. and what "school" ?? all i saw were lone fishes
You should go fishing on that get in the world record book hahaha or magnet fishing its probably never ever been done you would be the first in the world every person would love to see it good luck God bless
Did you get training for this or self taught? For someone like me who doesn't know anything about gear or how to gauge weather conditions and is afraid of heights, I'd want lessons.
It's pretty hard to make out the sharks until you got lower, even at 1080p we still have to look at pixels and can't see the details nearly as sharply as you.
I don’t think it matters if your in a tropical region or not if you do the high flying thing again I’m pretty sure it’s freezing any zone lol just a bit less to some degree of it last I remember
Should really leave people with a bit more advice than that. It’s HIGHLY important you go get training. You don’t need a permit but never buy all your kit before you have trained.
My english is not good but let me tell you this... "in everything theres always a first time... dont wait that your first time in negative way will not be on danger sutuation..." always take care..
