Nice review. Will soon be flying the F cabin on the QR A380 and it’s great to see such a detailed review. Curious, what camera are you using on the short tripod? It looks remarkably small.
First of all : Doha Hamad is really nice. Been there many times. Singapore Changi is unreachable. On my way to my family in Melbourne i stopped there many times. I slept 10 nights ( alltogether trough the years ) either in the airport ( Terminal 3 ) or at the hotel next to the control tower. Changi is the best airport of all times. In my mind is Seoul Incheon Nr.2 before Doha Hamad and Dubai.
I've traveled using Qatar Airways from Jakarta (Indonesia) to Doha (Qatar), his service is very satisfying and the food is quite nice. It was not in First Class to come on the Business Class.
I've been flying A 380's in business and eco with Emirates, Singapore & Qatar. Emirates was the best in eco followed by Singapore. In business Singapore is my favorite airline with a small gap to Emirates. Qatar was always Nr.3. Qatar"s first is definately outdated but they brought the A 380 back into service because they had to. Otherwise they would had been refurbished the first class. I am sure.
That really is one insane lounge..almost as insane as the number of people that were used as slave labor to build it and the number that were killed/died during and after it was built. Probably as high as the number that were killed/died building everything for the recent world cup. Cheers to a great lounge built on the blood of innocents..
