Flying Scotsman & 3801 on a Tour on the Main South. For the bicentennial of Australia, the famous 'Flying Scotsman" was loaded on a ship and sent to Australia for a countrywide tour. Many trips were undertaken and we have recreated one of the tours on the main South of NSW.

Hi Dallas, great videos of the review and running of the Flying Scotsman. As a side note my father drove it twice when it was in Victoria for the bicentennial. We chased and photographed that day. One to remember. On a personal note, having worked in dermatology for many years it looks like you have a squamous cell carcinoma on the back of your right hand. I hope you are having it looked at by a specialist ( Mohs surgeon) we need you guys to be around 😊 for the long term. I just ordered the Trix FS for my layout. Pity it’s not the Gresley A1 version 4472 that toured Australia. But it’s still a mighty fine model. Next, Bernhard.

It looked like your right hand on the video. I may be wrong. However I’m sure your Derm would have checked both hands. Good luck. I just had one cut off the back of my hand. 😮

Use a long KD box and remove the screw box fitting; otherwise, ok.
