I met a lot of Sri lankans in Switzerland, they speak fluent tamil Second roads are too good here. We don't see clearly marked road signages in best of the best roads across our country, In west they do have. Would like to admit even during crises lankans are so humble and disciplined! feeling really sad for them.

Sir ji, Great trip coverage. Saw many things for the first time. Since you are in Srilanka at present, I request you not to miss a golden opportunity ti visit radio ceylon radio station. This is the ultimate pilgrimage for film songs lover of india. they have preserved the heritage of indian old film music . it is established in 1951 and still it is running. Two main announcers namely Mrs Padmini Pareira and Jyoti Parmar are running the station. Mrs PadminiJi is retired in 2008 but still she offers her services few days a week as there in no substitute available to work like her. You cam make a full episode of studio and their record library. There are many rare records with them which are not preserved anywhere in india. If need be, you can give my ref to Mrs Padmini Pareira ji saying "I am sent by Mr Dipak R Jhala from Ahmedabad who sent you two rare CDs of Great Music Director Naushad ji" I am a worshiper of Radio Ceylon ( Now Radio Srilanka) for many decades and always dream t of visiting there one day. If time permits, pl keep a day spare to visit there in colombo. Now the program timings are reduced and station closes at 8 am, so ring to them before 8 and fix up appointment for a convenient time. thanks to you again for your many many memorable world trip videos.
