Great video my friend. 💕👍🏼 You truly inspire us to do better. We really appreciate the effort and time you put into your videos. We truly wish you good health and spirits. 🙏🥰 Cheers from 2 Canadians 🇨🇦 living in Mexico.🇲🇽 ✌🏼
First comment have a good vacation in Egypt that’s going to be amazing…I just got back from Playa del Carmen two weeks ago…I bet your missing Tulum and Playa del Carmen
William...it may not be the best time to be in that area since the Gaza Strip borders Egypt and there are problems ahead....be safe and if it feels "sketchy" do not go.....
"I think traveling is my drug." You are so lucky to be able to do what you do. I'm traveling vicariously through you. What kind of "weird shit" do you start thinking about when you stay in one place for too long? BTW, I'll take one of those million dollar checks you were writing at that hotel desk. lol
my broda, please be super careful, Egypt is not like any other place, lots of hustlers the moment they see your skin color, dont hesitate to say a loud NO, I have had very bad experience in Cairo specially with taxi drivers that all of sudden take you to perfume shops and also around the Pyramids in Giza. Also at the airport they took my camera away and did not let me leave the counrty with my videos and clips!!!
Hello William! Nice video as always. Be careful there. We went in Egypt in 2019 and we couldn't go on streets alone because they always wanted to sell us something. They insist so much until you buy it. It's really frustrating as a tourist that you can't have your peace on the streets. The pyramids are a must. You can also go to Valley of the Kings if you have time, you have alot to see there. Hope you have a great time in Egypt without incidents. It's a beautiful land. Take care of you!
The taxi from the airport looked very unsafe from what you have shown. Not having cash or new SIM card when you arrived looked unnerving. Doesn’t look as inviting as UAE. Take care William. .
Hello William: Hey great choice to check out Egypt as there is much exciting history to see. However, you are in an extremely volatile area there right now, right beside the Gaza Strip and Israel. I would suggest that you reconsider your visit there right now??? Get out while get’n is good.
Love the video William, and kudos to you for going to Egypt. I'd love to go there. Careful with bringing up the Israel/Palestine conflict as this subject is quite dividing. It's like Left/Right politics...😉🙏💜
Thank you for your videos William. My husband and I really enjoy your content. Do you think you will ever return to Mexico? I know getting sick the last time you were in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico left you with a negative experience but I hope you don’t give up on Mexico. My husband and I moved to Puerto Vallarta this past May. If you do come back to Vallarta in the future, we would love to take you out for a good meal and good conversation. 😊
Just got home from a long cruise in the Mediterranean. We just so happened to be visiting Haifa, Israel on the morning of Oct. 7th & had to scramble back to the ship. Many passengers spread out all over Israel & so we didn't leave until after 8pm. Stressful, but we were in the North & nothing happened. My timing though. I hope I can return one day to see the country!
Unbelievable! You are a true world traveller😊 never thought you’d go to Egypt just like I didn’t think you’d ever go to Abu Dhabi! I’m going to repeat what everybody else is saying: please be careful, William, Egypt is a whole different ball game. Happy travel Nevertheless 😊
something very similar happened to my nephew in Egypt ..who was backpacking around the globe. Cab driver at night going in the complete opposite direction.
If you like to snorkel you should go to Sharm El Sheik and Dahab. Hurghada is great to BUT there was a shark attack that caused a fatality earlier this year and two last year so I wouldn’t go. Flying in an air balloon over the Nile at sunrise is amazing. We did our ride out of Luxor. Have fun.
William, take your own advise, get cash, get a SIM, that guy in the first taxi and the second taxi driver, didn’t seem to have your best interest as a visitor. Please, stay safe.
Hey!! Watch your pockets at the Giza Plateau!! They almost got me!! 😎but it was great! My wife and I were there this time last year!! Take the Nile boat cruise 4 nights!! It’s worth it!!
Thanks for sharing your Egypt adventure with us. I spent some time in Cairo some years ago and personally found it safe. I found Egyptians to be open, warm and hospitable (it will help a lot if you learn the basic greetings). However, foreigners can be targets for scams and the traders can be very pushy traders in tourist areas so stay mindful. Enjoy the wonder and chaos of Cairo as well the ancient mysterieeees! Stay well and safe, William.
Hi William like always nice episode, I’m addict to travel to ,you are right when you travel a lot it’s get addiction, good addiction , travels make you happy make you smart , you learn a lat , continue traveling, always it’s a best thing to do in this nonsense life
Great video William Any plans to to go to Portugal? Mainland is nice but the Azores Islands are beautiful, but weather is nicer in Spring Summer and Fall. This time of year, the Algarve remains very warm.
I am your long time fan and follower William, although naming this video is "Flying Very Close To Israel & Gaza" is a Clickbait and you shouldn't speculate on the conflict, even you want to attract more viewers to your content.
Ya but being in touristy Egypt separated by the huge Sinai peninsula really has nothing to do with Israel and even Gaza! I know because I've spent 6 months in El Arish Sinai
Love how you explained with the map the disparaging difference between the Israeli territory in comparison to the rest of the Muslim countries around it. It's without a doubt and it has been a David against Goliath battle through history.
My favourite young friend! All ok? Hope you're good, Will...Egypt hey? My wife and i visited there years ago...you been to Israel before? You should go sometime! I have 2 children who live in medinat Yisrael. Have a good time...
Duuuuuude i went there after 911 ans i stayed in the same hostel roght next to those big hotels. Very nice people i😂❤n the hostel... But the streets watch the tourist arabs are hateful. And soooooo disrespectful to women and white men. Im.a white mexocan. Be careful ocer there. Dont drink the water.
The problem is that very few people take credit cards. Therefore, it's always good to have a lot of cash on you. He was just taking you to one of his "associates" that has a credit card machine. Yes, out of your way but he'd rather do that than turn down your business because you don't have cash. The problem is the lack of explanation. He may have bad English or just didn't want to lose your business by telling you this upfront. There are a lot of things people hustling for money do in Egypt that appears and is, sometimes, indeed shady but it's not dangerous or life-threatening. Don't listen to the fear-mongers who are brainwashed by the news. Enjoy Egypt!
