Guys 27th question.....for me they did not give option CHRONIC HTN alone.......they gave like [ 1.preeclamsia 2.gestatiinal htn 3.preeclampsia with chronic 4.eclampsia ] I don't know what the hell is this....but many of u say they gave chronic htn alone plzz reply guys😢....if i would have seen it definitely marked chronic only

4- Question was not there 18-th Question every option had spurious in it 24- there was no mention of bronchial asthma it was simply asked which drug to give in acute attack of migrane 11- is wrong They Asked abt Gaisback but options were different 29- It was a male patient with hypertensive emergency 220 bp Option were Oral Nifedipine Iv labetalol 33- Question was not there 34- Also wasn't there they asked abt Tzank smear but photo wasn't there 41- was not there 42- Question was loss of extension at MCP and options were ulnar AIN Radial Median 43- In that question there was history of past episode 2 years back which was completely treated was mentioned there..
Rest all u said correct but migraine treatment was not asked ... Patient with MI developed acute attack of migraine which drug you will avoid was asked

Maybe you were sleeping in the exam that's why you are saying these questions were not there in the exam... If you don't remember then why are you giving your feedback... Almost all questions were there in the exam with almost similar options... Exceptions are always there...
@@Sandy-w5i first we do upt to rule out pregnancy because in question girl was 28 yr old and wih disturbed menses and bleeding so first rule out pregnancy either ectopic or in uterus
