@@poppy8828 Chinese are generally shy people and express in reserved ways, culture is quite different with western culture, it could easily cause misunderstanding. Girls in public arm in arm or hand on shoulder is normal / common, but many western people are saying surprisingly, “There are so many gays in China!” As Chinese we felt lost how come they would think so?! For Chinese, families and friends are normally very close.

@@helenduan7482 Regarding the series and onscreen storyline the writer has bl bias and this is well documented he has stated that wuxie and zangh qiling will never throughout the novels ever have female partners and you will see subtle hints of their relationship which the author admits goes well beyond bromance throughout the series from the very beginning right through to reunion. During the televised serious there are many subtle hints especially in the series produced by the author and I can provide examples of these subtle references if you are curious their is one particularly strong verbal reference in reunion that is very clear and cannot be misinterpreted in any way shape or form. Though their relationship is never physically acted upon the author has made it very clear their relationship is beyond bromance x

Nothing I have said can be misconstrued I am simply reflecting on what I'm picking up and feeling I have no idea what sort of relationship they have and have clearly stated this.
