One of the few things i appreciate about the remake is how realistic the corpse within springtrap looks compared to the original where William's guts still look fresh despite supposed to be rotting in there for 30 years
While I don’t know if it was intended at the time, there seems to actually be a lore reason for his guts appearing “fresh” now: Remnant has regenerative properties. This is why William appears to have grown back much of his skin and cartilage as Scraptrap, and it’s also why both he and Mike both have heartbeats in FNAF 6 even though their hearts would’ve been respectively torn to shreds/scooped out a long time ago. Ergo, the reason Springtrap’s innards are a bizarrely healthy-looking pink is because _there’s actually blood pumping through them._
is just impossibile to beat😂 bb always cover the camera screen,Freddy spawns every 2 seconds, the systems break every 2 second and Springtrap is nowhere to be see but reach your office in seconds and Foxy and the puppet are a pain in the ass, everything is completely random which is a shame becose the game is not bad and it looks good i would love to complete it but is frustrating becose is not a skill issue Nightmare mode was made with the intent to be impossible to beat, but not impossible like is really really hard but like physically impossibe the game dosen't give you time to react and the Phantom are impossible to counter but Nightmare mode asside Is a good fan game and It was fun to play It.
This looks amazing. The only thing I would suggest is maybe look at the lighting. Scott has a knack for using lighting expertly in order to hide any potential flaws and bring out the best in models. It's really noticable with the rare screens.
I agree when I first saw some of the rare scenes the lack of the certain lighting threw me off and it just didn’t feel right everything else abt the game looks great though!
Fr now you mention it, scott use lighting really well. Some of the models in his game you can see has smooth plastic texture but he hid it using light reflecting on it.
William in the Plus mode actually gives me some realistic corpses vibes. It looks more human and it is more accurately decomposed. I may not be some doctor but the plus definitely looks better.
See? This is what I like to see: Something so old and nostalgic that changed our childhoods for the better, and someone taking that very same thing and remaking it.
@@HiatusGallery Scarier than the original by far, you just don't get enough time to react specially when you're playing the game normally. Obviously you can get desensitized but the jumpscares are really well animated props to LPP.
I love this game because it makes it more realistic, instead of William Afton have red skin, it’s realistic to where he’s rotting and becoming a skeleton.
I think in the OG game Springtrap's remnant has healing abilities, that's why his skin is red. Also, keep in mind that fnaf 3 was made in 2015,and the entire game is just 2d and i don't think blender was used.
Erm acshually, Springtrap is only lured because when he died the suit got stuck in animatronic mode which is programmed to follow noise so the animatronic isn't in an empty room during the parties 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓 I love piemations
This looks great! One thing I will say though is that I think your version of the ending scene is a little much? I don't know how to describe it properly, but having the heads in a fairly lit room kinda removes the sombre-ness of the shot. You can keep the room they're in, I think that's fine. But maybe fine tune the spotlight on the heads so the focus is more on then rather than them + the environment. Also, being able to see inside the head through the eye sockets and not being able to see the actual light source looks not right, but I do think the rays coming out of them is nice. Also, the camera feels far too close to them. You may wanna pull it back a bit. But other than that, everything else looks amazing! I love the environment in the gameplay and the animations are really good!
lostpawplay is the creator of this game! dark taurus only compared it with scott's fnaf 3. i'm not sure if he speaks/understands english though, so this may not be taken into consideration unless you happen to speak russian
This was created by a Russian RU-vidr and the developer respect him .. 👍🏼 (Changed.) Yeah, he is born in Latvia 🇱🇻, but this Channel is Russian-speaking..
despite the realistic corpse looking great in the plus mode, i actually prefer the old one with the stylized choice in scotts models, as well with the good ending and bad ending vs. plus version. i still prefer the old ones over the plus, because the plus version just doesnt give off the same vibe. And the masks in a darker place rather then having a background just seems to fit better, as it makes it feel less trapped in the pizzaria with the background, and more a void, a place where they can finally be set free and escape (good ending) the office does look quite nice though! i enjoy the new attention to detail in there, and the lighting is very nice
@@Mdkisi508 to clear up confusion, they didn't really say the plus version was bad. They made many complements about it. They just prefer the original version. Nobody is criticizing the plus version.
Yeah plus (pun not intended), Scott himself has already said he's not good modelling humans (Scraptrap), so we can cut him some slack. Plus is way better in practically every aspect, but the OG is the OG
One thing I noticed and liked in the remake that makes Springtrap so much creepier, is the fact that his eyes look much more realistic. Rather than the ridiculous big eyes he had in the OG, they look much more human.
dude i never realise how different of a vibe springtraps OG jumpscare feels when you compare it to fnaf plus' jumpscare that feels like a more traditional one sprintraps OG jumpscare actually looks like hes walking into the office to come and kill and now that im seeing it, it just hits so differently now
Puppet and Balloon Boy jumpscares are amazing in this version! I just wish the Phantoms had a darker, dirtier look. In addition to finding the OG style more frightening, I think it reminds a little of the concept of children's spirits (which are entirely black and the eyes are gray, just like OG).
Wow! I remember when I first saw the original hidden screens for FNaF 3, they felt truely terrifying, now they feel kinda normal feeling... This brings back some of that original terror that I remember from seeing those original hidden screens.
i really like the more realistic corpse for willy tho personally i think the rare screens go more to the og, cuz i feel like they show of alot without showing alot (if that makes sense lol) its opened and lit just enough where you can make out certain details but not too much, making you wonder what he fully looks like essentially filling in the gaps urself which i really like, the known isnt as scary as the unknown or whatever. ik that they probably showed off more of the corpse so that we can see the model more which isnt a bad thing, but i feel like that kinda subtracts from the horror of the design just a bit. still really great job to the model maker !! and thanks for reading my stupidly long insane ramblings i am deeply sorry that im like this
despite the OG springtrap having a not accurate corpse/skull, i feel that that is what makes it nasty and creepy looking. The plus didnt give me that same feeling.
''Despite that OG Springtrap doesn't have an accurate corpse/skull, i feel like this is what makes it look nasty and creepy. The plus edition doesn't give me the same feeling''. Note: Sorry for being an asshole, but i couldn't resist correcting you. I am really sorry 🥲
0:36 I forgot how silly the third rare screen looks, with the bulging googly eyes and outstretched sock-puppet mouth. I don't feel like the Plus ones manage to hit the same sinister and haunting atmosphere though, too evenly well-lit as opposed to harsh light casting shadows which obscure Springtrap further. The remake has the energy of a tidy render posed for showcase
the only one think that would upgrade this awesome remake is the fact that the animatronics jumpscare and the ambient isn't that much horror, like the OG one is way scarier.
@@perky8390the animation shows him entering the office and his jaw cant move bc of the sprint lock and he needs to force it open like shown in the rare screens the plus one is just him popping out of nowhere shaking The whole screen and screaming as loud as possible for no reason And still managed to not be scary
The model is insanely well made, but I really think the lighting kind of... kills it? It doesn't make it bad (or anything worse than "ok" really) but I can't honestly say it's scarier than regular springtrap. The characters in Fazbear's Fright Attraction look like they're in a regular dark building; the lighting's unfortunately very realistic and well done. FNAF 1-4 had kind of dreamlike lighting, with harsh, weirdly-placed key lights [the main light or "highlight"], strangely colored fill lights [the shadows] that are either complimentary to or the same as the color of the focus character, and above all, background lighting thats _fucking weird_ by default. Springroll and his ghost galleon are lumbering around a moldy ass building with the harshest bright-yellow lights that money can buy, but they look like they're walking around silent hill. They need to LOOK like they're in the worst lighting ever designed. I genuinely think it's essential to the experience.
The only thing I wish Fazbear's Fright Attraction did, was make the phantom animatronics look more realistic, torn apart, or even withered. Something like how they got torn up when Afton dismantled them. That would be pretty cool.
There is even a phantom mangle in the game. Mangle all the time must be driven away on the screen, which is on the left. Bonnie breaks the cooling system and darkens the screen, so you have to fix the cooling system all the time
The crazy realism of the corpse is that you can see some neck muscles and jugular veins meaning its partially fully rotted but dried crispsof fragile flesh are glued on.
The human skeleton models are so bad in the original. That I never even noticed it was supposed to be the human inside spring trap lmao. I always thought it was just another robot inside for some reason.
@@UNKNOWNRoblox507 Wym? can you elaborate? I haven't kept up with fnaf lmao. Also if what I think you are saying is right. Wouldn't that mean his skeleton would look more human or something.
@@nd_kui1772 ye he grew pink skin. And spring locks RIP flesh plus he was in there 30+ years so he should've been a skeleton. But he had pink meat or skin.
I like the new one but one thing is for sure Nothing can be said about the og's phantom jumpscares, they feel so unique even the most simple and it can't be replicated easily
Purely my subjective opinion: Atmospheric? Yes! Qualitatively? Yes! It's beautiful? It's possible It is frightful? No! Everything is too light, fast and it's just annoying. The springtrap in the original part was always hiding on the cameras, so you will gouge out an eye. And here he looks straight in the face. BB also climbs into the camera as if he stuck there. It all looks beautiful, but it's not scary. This is purely subjective criticism, I'm not a fan of FNAFA, but I had to say something.
Too bad the phantom versions of the animayronics are not so different. I was imagining something more destructed and nightmare like (the robot with their dead bodies inside of them).
Holy shit, i just really the eyes on Springtrap are the animatronics eyes, not william's eyes. I had always just thought it was just a weird human render, this makes the character as a whole a hell of a lot more terrifying
Scott never takes fan games down, the only reason he took down CASE:ANIMATRONICS is becuase you had to pay $10 to play it, and the main animatronic looked too similar to Freddy. FNAF 1 Plus hasn't been taken down, so I don't think this will be taken down either.
Yeah the open source FNAF 2 remake by Phisnom was taken down for being a free version of FNAF 2 basically. If this remake gets too much traction it'll be wiped too.
Man... I dunno The new animatronic coloring looks... Raw... It feels like wigly rocky textures put on a model, rather than full fledged cracked animatronic core It just feels less darker and less similar to the background Maybe it is the magic of lighting, i dunno The corspe inside looks right, thats cool But... Man... The og springtrap jumpscares feel nostalgic Despite being not in your face, ill say they look the most realistic Its from the point, that a revived maniac is inside your base, you know thats a game over He can even greet you or make fun of you, while your character (probably dying due to low ventilation) can have a heart attack just from that and realization of his defeat alone.
When phantom Freddy appears, he makes a gas sound, which can be used to determine whether he has left or not. one RU-vidr confused Freddy's sound with night soundtrack.
I actually have two critiques with this Plus version of Springtrap that, despite the high quality visuals and vastly improved anatomy, make me actually like it less than the original. 1. The smile is practically gone. One of my favourite aspects of the original Springtrap's design is how he always has that toothy grin on his face. It's honestly pretty unsettling and sinister, and only grows more disturbing when you uncover the truth behind Springtrap, and know that Afton is probably in unspeakable agony in every waking moment, and yet he always has a smile on his face. Without that toothy grin, I feel like it falls into the same trap that FNAF Plus did: the animatronics look like they were designed in-universe to be scary. 2. His human remains are too easily visible. Something I liked about Springtrap's design was how at first, it was unclear what exactly he was. In most of the in-game shots, you never get a clear look at his full body (due to the shitty quality of the cameras), and it's only at the end that the truth is made clear. You can only see the human parts of his suit in the render menu, and in the hidden death screens. But in this design, from literally the moment you open the game, you immediately know that it's a corpse trapped in a springlock suit. I think revealing it for the jumpscare is fine, but the fact that it's ALWAYS easy to see his human remains takes away some of his mystique.
William In his OG form he doesn't seem to be a rotting zombie but in FNAF 3 Plus he does seem to be a rotting zombie corpse, his head looks like that of a skeleton and the original one has a nose in addition to being red that the springlock drowned him in his blood
If I ever see + BB in real life I am running in the other direction I really love the look of the remake! The end scenes look so much more eerie to me, and the actual game play background kind of reminds me of sister location. The upgraded animation designs look so cool!
plus springtrap's jumpscare is so funky, like a cartoon character burping, his eyes go towards the middle and he opens his mouth like hes about to burp
Hey! As someone sensitive to flashing lights, could you add a warning to the video for other people? I wasn't expecting bright flashes from the phantom jumpscares in plus like that
My opinion is: The og is better at jumbscares, atmosphere, environment, sounds The + edition is better at more realistic springtrap design... I won't compare gameplay and mechanics because they're almost the same...
It's kinda like FNAF+, it tries to be so over-the-top horrifiyng it loops back to looking funny and cartoony. Springtrap looks like he fell asleep in class and just got his name called by the teacher. Still cool, tho, always fun to see fan takes
I do luv it but the lighting needs work and needs to be a bit darker especially around the robots. Scott was great at hiding small details in the dark and thats why FNAF worked so well as he knew how to do his lighting like an expert. Im not saying your is bad by any means bro Im just giving criticism for improvements in the future :)
В новой версии прям четко видно, что внутри Спрингтрапа человек, в старой там непонятно было, что это вообще у него - то ли человек, то ли какой-то еще аниматроник.
