I will say tho The blob/Tangle existing does give evidence of all the endings have reality meaning although the endings themselves are all comics made by a child, inspiration for said stories do come from somewhere. And if the Blob/Tangle exists I'm sure burnt trap exists in someway as well.
5:36 EXACTLY. I still remember the first time I played Help Wanted, and turning around in the lobby to see the empty pizzeria expecting to see something staring back. And there wasn’t. Until Glitchtrap just appears one time
Remember, Cassie's dad likes Bonnie. He was down there. Even in Ruin, collectables hint at his disappearance. And Mask Bot has an unusual flesh color when wearing the mask for the first time. Yes, Help Wanted 2 came later but after this year of Ruin being we now know the pieces we got in Ruin are doubly confirmed in HW2. Not just because Cassie's dad likes bonnie and is the Bonnie bully from Fredbear's, but because of the rabbit ears on Mask Bot specifically. At least we know Mask Bot is related to something rabbit related. And if MXES is a good guy technically, and Bonnie is decommissioned (and was cut from having what wound up as Eclipse's dialogue) and Maskbot is forced open with ears as a symbolic gesture giving the only other rabbit mask to Bonnie Bully's daughter, while HELPI with yellow eyes is the Mimic program, then I think that the only bad rabbits in the Pizzaplex era are from the Mimic program with Afton influence. Of course, MXES could actually be a Mimic Program of his own, as he adapts and is cold and technical to keep the Mimic at bay, but is programed like Glamdad and the others before the Glitchtrap version of the Mimic program interfered with the Glamrock's own programming to be generally good.
For your problem with the comics retconing burntrap's entire existence, and why there's a station even further down, I think there's a reason for both. I think burntrap did exist, and that Gregory saw it. The room just outside the mimic's walled off room has a freddy backpack with Gregory's name on it, meaning he's been down there. My theory is that after freeing Vanessa, she knew something about burntrap and she and Gregory went down there, found Mimic as burntrap, and moved him even deeper to seal him behind concrete (the mimic might've just changed costume or something idk). They're also potentially the ones who set up the M.X.E.S program, as at least Gregory can hack, due to him being patient 42 or whatever the number was. Edit: as for the Roxy personality shift, I think it's only because it's Cassie, as they had some sort of unspecified bonding moment during her birthday party. I don't know what Cassie did that was special, but Roxy remembered it well and positively. As for the safe mode thing, I was always under the assumption that freddy booting into safe mode just made him safe from the glitchtrap virus, and the glitchtrap virus possibly makes their worst traits worse (Roxy became meaner and less confident, Monty became angrier and more destructive, and Chica became so much of a glutton that she eats just actual trash). If this assumption is correct, than Roxy at the very least would be a bit nicer. This, combined with her liking Cassie, could be what results in her acting differently. Edit 2: to clarify, I do wish there were more scenes with Roxy acting like security breach roxy, but that one scene in the salon where she cries then yells at Gregory before running after him was basically it. And maybe that Roxy scene where she was nice to Cassie could've been a bit different to connect better with how she acted in security breach. Also as a side note, her being mean is a facade to cover up her own insecurity, so it's possible she just didn't want to use that cover around Cassie, for whatever reason. This could also explain the personality shift, but again I think it could've been connected better. Maybe instead of her randomly being trapped under a forklift, she's sitting somewhere crying when Cassie approaches. Her being under a forklift didn't add anything anyway, as Roxy can't see Cassie attempting to reboot her anyway and it also removes a minor issue of how she got out from under it to save Cassie from the mimic.
we can already use ai to copy voices fnaf can't be sci-fi in an age that transparent aluminum, fusion reactors and ai all exist. we are in the beginning of the future and the day we already have real technology once seen as fiction like star trek's transparent aluminum. Sci-fi will never seem sci-fi anymore.
I agree with you on so many points in this video ha ha. Ngl I love the whole "normal place turned creepy" and the original security breach was pretty close to it, Ruin felt like it tried too hard IMO. >< And yea, Roxy should have felt like the big sister that seems angry and annoyed to have to help you but actually really cares - they needed more time with her for that tho.
@@dogninja0180 Imagine you're in a building at night, noone's there, it's just you. Or is it? No, it's just you, but is it REALLY just you in there, that's why a mall can be creepy, a place filled with people during the day, but empty during the night, can feel supernatural, as if something is watching you.
@@ukaszwalczak1154 it’s not really ever gave me that vibe since everything is still up and running and pretty much nothing is shut down, if the mall was more desolate then yeah that eeriness could work but it doesn’t, in fact the parts where Freddy isn’t involved (daycare section and endos) are probably the only actual creepy parts of the game to me because you are truly alone and the mall feels shut down
I find this discourse funny, because I found a lot of fnaf’s charm to come from its retro-animatronic pizzeria arcade aesthetic, so neither security breach nor ruin appealed to me. I mostly enjoy when the series delved into the uncanny valley that many an old-school animatronic occupies.
It just the fact that you can like something even if many considered it bad or mid. Internet shaped us into thinking that quality of something is truly objective and had to be put on the score bars. in reality, you just like what hit your personal taste
19:39 reason why Roxy was all friendly well theory if you don’t like this it’s fine well when we enter foxy log ride Roxy graps us and screams at us to give her eye back, then Cassie said let me go and then Roxy realize it was Cassie along so she stops and then roxy now says error so that’s how she went safe mode
The story was trash, i'll be honest. It feels like most of the "mysterious" are there to distract the community until they get make something passable.
I miss the supernatural aspects of fnaf now they are all just AI like in the past we had the mystery of the puppet and golden freddy. but now they are all just sentient machines and even the possesed animatronics were only arguably sentient. it seems like they are moving away from souls and ghosts and implicit murder incidents into AI to make the series more kid friendly.
You like Roxy being egotistical but not as a motherly figure? That's actually weird to hear but okay, for many others it's pretty much the other way around.
Yeah I hated Ruin. I hated it because it was too scripted and too ungodly easy, like my least favorite game Sister Location. I also hated that Vanny was still not as important as she should.
@malachimccarty6270 It was implied that vanny did have a role but not cleanly stated. The missing children she murdered are in the wet floor bots like their souls are in them. But ya, even if it was not enough for her but I'm sure that there will be a new vanny, I'm talking about vanessa by the way she is permed free, so that means that somehow there will be more to all this and involve vanny again in some way or another for a new host, other than that I don't see any other reason for her. Burntrap was never even present like at all. Tangle (the blob) was there for a millisecond so ya their is nothing I can say to that.
I remember when I was playing through ruin and every time I heard that annoying af MXES sound I would take off the mask and then go to the bathroom or get a snack and then come back (btw I feel the need to mention that I didn’t die a single time until the mini wind-up music men Bonnie bowl section) (I perfer security breach and map bot scared me more than the entirety of Ruin)
I think it says a lot that Security Breach lasted for this long, and people have already stopped caring about Ruin. Also I love these videos man, that Family Fude bit was gold.
