Hey, everyone! Thanks for all the love for this song! I'm Allen Simpson. I actually wrote and performed this (along with the Daycare and DJ Music Man themes and others). Working in the FNAF world has been such a blast! I also wrote the "Showtime" song from Help Wanted, so I've been swimming in the Freddy pool for a while. Ha! Anyway, thanks for all the kind words! Rock on!!!
You've done some awesome work! Especially on this one and the DJMM themes. You hit the nail on the spot! I personally (and most probably the entire fandom) cannot wait for your future work on this game and others! Keep it up!
The actual game might have been riddled with bugs and glitches, it might have had a very disapointing story at times, but one thing you cannot deny, is how absolutely amazing the atmosphere and music is. Allen Simpson, you did an *amazing* job at capturing the best part of the 80s, the music. I salute you, you absolute madlad
Bonnie. Or at least i think he WOULD if he was “alive”. Edit: Bonnie used to play the Bass, just like Monty. But when Bonnie was put out of commission, they gave Monty upgraded claws to allow him to play the bass. So my theory is that either Monty used to play the drums, or he was never part of the original cast and they just replaced Bonnie with him.
i would assume (me being from a music background and also seeing what other keytars have in terms of controls) that different macros on the neck of Roxanne's keytar can be set up to play extra sounds like the drums
Fnaf 1: You're scared of every their move cause you can't run FNAF 9: Welcome to gigantic pizzaplex, you can do what ever you want,so many places to hide and run.
@@fabianmarcoschau The song is yeah, listen to Fox On The Run by The Sweet, classic glamrock band with a similar style song. but overall it is just an 80's sounding song with a mix of keyboard and guitar, more towards Jump by Van Halen, but anything like that :D
when we were kids we used to love the old fnaf games and we actually used to get scared. In the future people will listen to this song and get nostalgic.
We where scared of fnaf before but we get use to it until not being scared anymore with fnaf sb i think steelwool know this and make this game with some scary part but not all the game is like this
This game’s setting and vibe and opening is the most 80s thing ever. With the rockstar design of the animatronics, the bright neon lights, and the Van Halen-like music, this is the most aggressively 80s thing ever along with it being a popular pizza joint with an animatronic band that sings to kids.
I found 2 rock references in this cutscene: 1: Freddy dances like Freddy Mercury 2: This song sound similar- VERY SIMILAR- to the song "Jump" by Van Halen
The walk toward Roxy's Raceway reminded me of Radiator Springs in Disney World. Funny thing is, I have never been to Radiator Springs at Disney World. It just looks so REAL.
The game nailed it in most categories. Story, music, setting, environment and atmosphere. Even gameplay mechanics were very good. The only thing bad about FNAF:SB was that it was glitchy as hell. This is most likely due to the creators wanting to do a free-roam, open world game with zero loading screens.
So imagine yourself as a kid and going to this place with this song blaring, and nothing going wrong, you're just genuinely there for a good time The thought alone makes me wanna be a kid
So interestingly enough this is the same song used in FNAF Sister Location as the “Shift Complete” theme except with a incredible 80s/ Van Halen remix.
Man. This is giving me Van Halen vibes and I love it. If the band were still around, hearing this from them, along with lyrics from David Lee Roth would be Legendary!!
Yes a new history is begun but there are a lot of mistery in the story of the other fnaf not solved. I hope Michael afton will help gregory glamrock freddy and the other glamrock animatronics to defeat ennard and William
I REALLY hope the DLC (or hopefully one of the DLCs) is a free-roam, fully interactive Daytime Mode. I’d so love to see the Pizzaplex in full gear, bustling with people and the Glamrock band shredding it for thousands of fans.
I think its worth pointing out that this game is the first time we've ever seen a FNAF animatronic band get up to preform on stage, and show us their moves. I'll tell ya what, its just so great to see these robots throw down and rock the house together for a change. Even if it is just for this one opening cutscene it feels so very satisfying.
Really shows how much the bots evolved througout the series. I honestly doubt Security Breach is set in the late 80's/90's even with the Pizzaplex's retro look. This game must be set in like the mid 2000's or sum because the animatronics move so energetically compared to the original four
Yeah, it's really, really cool. I feel like as fans of the series, it's really easy for us to forget that these animatronics aren't inherently scary, it's their backstory that makes them scary and aggressive. At the end of the day, these are performers and entertainers, and seeing them in what's basically their natural habitat is pretty awesome.
It's been a year, I'm back. I still remember the joy I felt when I saw the game came out, the excitement when I watched someone play it and the emotion when I heard this song at the start of the game, I can't describe it in words so I'll use emojis: 😆😭💗 It reminds me of 80's rock, it reminds me of my dad who passed away 3 weeks ago, he loved 80's rock, I'll be coming back here every month just so I can feel that joy and excitement again
add this in as like a (you have been idle too long on the main menu) type things. coming back from a piss would be infinitely more enjoyable if that were added
I love that visualization. Only thing I’d want added is a percussionist animatronic as a fifth member of the band. Imagine a dope looking glam rock animatronic tearing up a drum set in the intro!
The mastering of the audio quality on this, rivals that of some professional bands in the industry. Say what you will about the game itself, but this music is fire.
Actually the drums in this track were made fully digitally as far as I can tell. They sound very poorly produced but other than that it sounds genuinly great.
The drums sounded fine in my ear buds. The digital sound you think you are hearing, is more likely a synth drum kit, due to their tonal not having deeper tones that a normal drum kit would. Not too dissimilar from the drums some 80's rock musicians played around with.
@@adamstastny8743 Tbh we don't see a drummer anywhere and as far as I hear allother instruments are actually played by animatronics on stage so it makes sence ig
Kinda feel bad for Fazbear Entertainment's budget considering how every establishment is huge then it just burns down or blows up a millisecond after it's opened to the public
If only the higher ups weren't so cheap and sleazy in their business practices. Have more than one human security guard, have better firewalls and anti-malware programming, actually employee safety regulations, and not recycle suspicious tech from the old days during a time where the franchise was highly sus. Just to name a few.
Also their sense of health and safety. The generators being scattered around the Superstar Daycare is just plain nuts. Electrocution and carbon monoxide poisoning on its way.
I love this theme in the full version! If I had this music on my birthday party, I'd cry from happiness! The finish is so cool! They picked the perfect tone/chord to make it!
Can you believe that this is the main theme of a FNAF game ? Would you believe that after coming back to the first game ? This franchise really went a long way, what a trip it is to follow it
Yeah and it shows us at the start that these Anamatronics have a sense of sentinace since as we see them getting ready they all look excited and eager to play as they rise up on the lift to the stage
I've seen the opening scene about 4 times already, but I just feel so excited and hyped up whenever I watch it! It feels like I'm watching it for the first time again. Always brings a smile to my face :D
What a great intro sequence, I like to imagine lyrics on top of it: "Superstar...you'll-shine-so-far" within the 'chorus'. This is the first FNAF I actually want to play.
I think you'll enjoy it. Maybe wait until the patches as the game is extremely buggy. Like, jumping breaks the game. Wanna go through walls? Jump and press E next to Freddy and the entire map will unload.
Lets make a lyrics then. All I could come up with though was :" We're here to rock the house!" Let's put yours together and mine and see where that leads.
my lyrics (used some of urs) Superstar, You'll shine so far Superstar, you are here to smile Superstar, You'll shine so far Get-ready-for-a-big-show we're here to make you smile we're here to change your lives we're here to make you happy we're here to laugh and vibe we're the Glamrock Animatronics we're the next generation we're all here to have some fun and party
@@Queen_Miku They already were pretty advanced for the 80's. Heck, the closest thing we have to the animatronics is Boston Dynamics Robot. Even this one man in Sister Location said: "There's no doubting what you've achieved on a technical level. These are CLEARLY state of the art!." The Glamrock animatronics aren't really all that more advanced. They seem a lot more "sentient" though.
i can’t tell you how many times i watched the opening cutscene and i’m now just listening to the full song lol.. it’s so good, been stuck in my head for dayssss
Every time I watch the opening cutscene, I get giddy like a 9 year-old kid. Strange, considering I'm a full-grown man, but I guess that speaks to the quality of both the animation and the music.
One other thing that makes me wish these things actually happened. I love the atmosphere of this entire game to DEATH. Neon lights, the music, UGH I love it! Makes me really wish there was something at least SIMILAR to this irl in my child-hood. Malls were nice, but my god. The vibe in there is too good.
for the dlc in one of the endings i could just imagine that this song playing and freddy has gregory beside him rocking out on stage, and the finale is when everyone hugs gregory.
This song is gonna be in my head forever just because of the opening scene, what a way to start a game. the wait was worth it, who cares about the bugs Edit: Any comment about the bugs, bug this ratio.
A lot of people care about the bugs. I love the series enough to suck it up and wait for patches, but that doesn't excuse the bugs. Also, ayo, Moonkitti profile picture
@@Schnort i can look past the bugs and appreciate the sheer work and passion put into the game and i imagine it will become even more incredible as they get patched and the game becomes more polished
The real reason this is stuck in all of our heads is because it’s the only song that plays on loop through the entire game. Besides maybe the Daycare. But literally every elevator, Fazerblast, Roxy Raceway, the Atrium, just everywhere. You hear it everywhere.
Fazerblast and Roxy raceway don’t play this, Roxy raceway just was ambience and not music, Fazerblast is a completely different song when your playing it, and honestly most of the game is just ambience. The main theme does play on the title screen as a music box, in rockstar row as relaxing music, elevators and atrium like you said, the end credits, and the tiny music man’s chime is the main theme. That’s all I can really think of honestly so it’s not really everywhere but it is used a lot throughout the game
This shit blaring the first time you're dealing with all three animatronics and Vanny for the first time? Holy shit dude. Felt like an 80's movie protag for real. Dodging and weaving past S.T.A.F.F. while running towards center stage to save Freddy and get him down to Parts and Service? Such a cool moment.
Are we ever going to see a complete showtime where the bots don't malfunction or break down but actually sing and stuff? This is the closest we've got to that, but I still want an officially made animatronic showtime with music and singing. Please? No? Awww.
God almighty I miss when music sounded like this unironically. You never know what sounds you are going to miss until they are gone for more than 10+ years.
I see all the comments about the music, the new looks of the animatronics, and the 80's but can we acknowledge how beautiful the graphics are for this game, especially when this plays.
2014: scary animatronics ooo 2017: whoa lore? WOW! 2022: I just want the best for these precious characters can't they just have a found family and be happy?
@@LeeLovesLily I have to agree with you here, I don't see anything wrong with being a furry. I wouldn't be on the NSFW side of the furry fandom or anything like that if you get what I mean. I like to keep things family friendly as much as I can.
I want this to be the opening credits of a movie version! Just them rocking perfectly or even the after credits while showing the credits of the VAs and stuff!
