FNAF: SECURITY BREACH'S ACHIEVEMENTS made me feel like A SUPERSTAR! - The Achievement Grind

Seeing someone playing this without knowing basically anything about it when you have seen others completely destroying the game by beating it without jumping, running or even moving the mouse, or beating it in backwards boss order was quit fun

As a 2014 fnaf fan who adores SB and has re-entered their fnaf hyperfixation when the game rereleased and still in that fixation, genuinely is fair to not be into the game. It was a huge change from the original games and had so many issues on launch that it was near unplayable at times. I'm just glad you gave the game a chance even if you didn't enjoy it!

Don't worry about it, Security Breach's story is just plain broken and there's no real way to understand it.

Quick tip for the “Hide and Seek Master” achievement: jumping onto an elevated surface will cancel out the animatronic seeing you as long as they’re not too close. That way, you can see them and still get the achievement.

This game was definitely the worst in the series quality wise, but there were also many things that caused this. The developers, prior to security breach, had only ever made VR games and one mobile platformer game, and except for Help Wanted they had never made a horror game either, which means they were treading completely new ground while having to reshape the gameplay loop of a series that has only once deviated from the "sit and survive" style gameplay. Then there's the delays and likely rewrites of the story and gameplay that caused it to finally be shipped half made and buggier than an anthill, which also messed with the story I'm sure. The developers have also basically confirmed that they bit off way more than they could chew, and I believe part of that was their lack of familiarity with making this style of game. And despite all these problems, it's still made itself a special place in the hearts of people who enjoy the game in spite of, or sometimes even because of, its flaws, and I think that's pretty neat.

Jazzy can I just say man, I’ve had an absolutely terrible week and being able to lay in bed and watch one of your videos just lets me relax. Thank you truly, from the bottom of my heart, for being such a great and humorous content creator.

To be fair, the security bot jumpscares aren't cheap. They're following paths and if you happen to walk into their light you get caught. They're one of the few things that AREN'T broken or unfair.

Once again, I am here recommending FAITH: The Unholy Trinity to achievement hunt for. It's a very fun, rather quick atari-style horror game with rotoscoped cutscences, fantastic music, and an unforgettable story

On the ball with SB there. A broken mess that was far too ambitious for its own good. The DLC, Ruin, however, is a far superior experience, and basically anyone who likes SB would recommend it.

This franchise is one that I enjoy watching lore videos for far more than actually playing any of the games.

Imo if a fandom cant accept that someone doesnt like the game they do, they arent representing a healthy or accepting crowd. Everyone has their seperate opinions and you did a good job talking through what you liked and disliked about the game

Not gonna lie, I understand most of the critics you have for the game. Most of the fandome agrees that the premise of the game sounded exciting but the execution was not great -to say the least-, specially at launch with all the glitches. (You should watch Markiplier's playthrough if you want to watch that experience; and it's very fun ahah.) And like you said, this game was clearly not meant for newcomers even though it was a PS exclusive at launch and one of the few games that were released outside of PC; the lore is very VERY confusing, even for people who've known this series for the last +10 years. I personally do think it is fun and wasn't as disappointed as many others; didn't have many glitches and didn't really got lost looking for the collectibles. I believe that when you're captured by a security bot it teleports the animatronics near you; maybe that's why you faced so many teleporters? And I think you should have played the ending at the basement. It adds a bit more story and a minigame. Hope you play the VR games!

I am surprised the DLC doesn't have any achievements. Ruin is honesty a fun game if you want to sit down and kill a few hours; focusing a lot more on being a horror game with FNAF elements. Plus also I would love to hear your thoughts on how they handle the glitchtrap stuff.

Launch Security Breach was a nightmare. Most people enjoy it not because its a good game (because it really never was), but because of how fun playing with the glitches are XDD

As terrible and broken as this game is, its wild to me that the voice acting is so good. Like, Kellen (the guy why voices Freddy, sun, and moon) really obviously put a lot of effort into his work and it makes me kind of sad that all it amounted to was this heaping pile of garbage.

It's always such a huge treat seeing people experience this franchise for the first time. I've been a fan of FNAF on and off since 2015, but Security Breach was what pulled me into the fandom for good, and I don't think I could go back even if I wanted to. I've been insulted in pretty much every way under the sun for it, but I'm still not ashamed to say that Security Breach is my favorite game in the series. The bugginess only adds to the charm of it all imo, and even if it didn't, it will still always have a special place in my heart for helping me remember how happy this series makes me. I sincerely appreciate you and everyone who gives it a shot, whether you enjoy it as much as I do or otherwise 💕

Even watching AstralSpiff’s 600 percent of this game, I keep forgetting where all of bags are since I know almost all gift box location it’s just the bags it’s annoying because even with Roxy’s eye upgrade, you don’t see it at all. And the most annoying gift box to grab is the nightmare Marionett box from the endo’s I would say it took me 30 minutes alone just to get the gift box and the security badge.

when it comes to this game. noone likes it for it being a good game. they either like it cuz its a broken mess and a fun to play with. or hate it cuz it messed up all the fnaf lore. your take is extremely common and very understandable

Yo jazzy! You’ve done security breach, now you need to do the fnaf help wanted flat mode version and it’s Halloween dlc. The dlc especially is not as long. As the base game, but the game is a good way to introduce you to some of the characters and locations of the series. It is even the first appearance of vanny, even if she is part of an Easter egg.

ive never seen someone plan the route through the daycare, i was genuinely so surprised when u did that lol

ya. before the update. the sun/moon daycar you kinda had to...guess work your way to the generator. they were not colorcoded as they are now. also the reason you had to go to the race way was becaues apparently,in one of the notes, Roxy has this odd need to try to "fight" the cars. also before the update there was ZERO which made it maddness. also im suprised the DLC didnt get played (oh. no cheevos...thats fair >.

remember did this achivement with the glitch jump you could make to get to vanny ending the first weeks of release, think got it after 20 min of start of the game. man game was so broken back then compared to now

Tbf i think most of the love for this game is with how broken it is. As a diehard fnaf fan, I don’t blame you at all for disliking this game. It’s a mess, the devs bit off far more than they could chew. I love this game despite and because of it, I’ve come to adore its brokenness because it’s hilarious and wild shit happens on every play through. But when I first played it I was severely disappointed by it, so I don’t blame anyone who dislikes this game.

Basically I have 4 achievements left to get and they aren't that interesting except for Hide and Seek which I have no strategy for. Just go through, hiding only in those places that do not require any activation. Well, it was just so interesting to watch this video. 18:16 Well, screw it. This is too simple, I will get to our favorite non-killer (the one who cannot die, eternally being reborn), and that moment should be the final moment for our achievement.

Or, if they have? I think the person you identified as Gregory's mom is actually Vanessa, the night security guard, with the Glitchtrap virus cleared from her.

Excuse me being a bit late, great video! The game is shit, even for us fans- the reason there's loads of security bots around and the animatronics teleport is because the game had already been delayed so much, the devs couldn't implement the level of AI for the animatronics they initially wanted, to supplement that, they added loads of security bots to find you, so they could then teleport an animatronic to your location; the result is a mess of constantly being jumped by a swarm of boring bots and the main trio teleporting behind you ever time you're 'spotted' (the hidden, searching, spotted system is also explained wrong because as soon as you enter searching, an animatronic will have teleported to you, thus, you've been found anyway) The cameras are meant to be reminiscent of the previous games but they're ultimately useless outside the security room areas that are also not very impactful in any way, the map is horrendous, the area is too big and has so many empty areas with nothing but patrol bots in them- The weeping angel endos are arguably the best part of the game imo Long story short, some dude killed kids, kids souls got in the robots, soul infused robots made kid killer go into yellow bunny suit and the suit crushed him hooray- Eventually get to this game where kid killer turns out to not be dead (he was in the internet or smth and corrupted Vanessa while she play tested Help Wanted) and Vanny is trying to resuscitate him. But I wouldn't bother looking deeper than that, even having hung about for the past however many games, lore deep dives and video essays regarding the game, the story will never make sense, and it's really not worth sacrificing however many hours playing all the games, reading all the books (yep, you /have/ to read the books to learn vital lore pieces) and then watching someone's hours long deep dive explaining everything in a simplified, linear manner. Trust my autism brain that's been stuck on this game for years :')

You should play the free Ruin DLC in your spare time. It's way better than main game

Fun fact. Fnaf 1-4 and maybe sister location actually have achievements.....that are exclusive to the console versions

oh yeah this game has been broken since it released. personally the glitches are what i enjoyed most because i loved all the ridiculously short speedruns but i don't think i've seen a single playthrough without some major game-breaking glitch. and im talking 3 hours into post-game BEFORE the added save and being flung out of bounds by simply getting into freddy. so yeah no worries about disliking it lol theres a reason im not playing it myself

I watched MATPAT play this and everyone knows how FNAF nuts he is, and he also had problems with the game being so glitchy. And I agree the cleaner boys are annoying. And this video didn’t show it, but there’s a wall puzzle that’s impossible to solve because it makes no sense.
