Okay, so the butterflies have a sort of movement cycle. They cycle between 6 different stages: a long movement toward the checkpoint, a short backwards movement, a short forward movement, a long backward movement, another short forward/short backward move and the cycle repeats. What's important to note is that the first butterfly's movement cycle stops right before the laser trigger point, but you have enough space between the two. After that, it's really simple. Go in between the third and fourth butterflies while they are moving backwards, then go in between the fourth and fifth while they're moving backwards and boom. You're done.
