like at 1:03 and 1:20 I think part of it is, unlike with the original, their voices are distinct enough that you can hear them both separately when they sing together, without it blending together at all. So pretty much any part where they're singing at the same time for awhile sounds completely different. and also taking some really cool creative decisions with the vocals to really set them apart at times.
