Bowser probably could at some point in the franchise since he just comes back death after death, his plot armor of sorts is not strong enough to let him usually beat mario, but keep him fighting against death

I actually considered using King Boo for this, unfortunately the only song I knew he had was a swing tempo so I had to fall back to Boo Blitz
