LDoran you have to beware because Fleetway Sonic is more powerful than Sonic.exe. Although, Shaggy is still the most powerful. And 7:52 what happened is that Matt is using some of the powers that Shaggy gave him.

0:25 I mean since you created them (not the actual characters but in gacha) you can delete them or do anything to them and do any amounts of damage since you can change their damage accessories they're forms etc. Since you added fleetway you can just kill or do anything
