Not because of public backlash, so what you both just said is wrong. It was all because no one enjoyed working on the mod anymore and the dev team quit working on it. It's more of an unfinished build instead.
I really like how they handled the perspective in the mod, since it is not only the one point that Boyfriend looking at the opponent (if I explain myself)

in the comic of rage vs cancer when /v/ takes cancer lords crown. he uses it to defat him but from taking the crown and useing it the cancer crown is takeing over his mind cancer lord accepts his fait and says "kill me" /v/ regains his arm that he lost from cancer lord. after growing his arm back from the cancer crown he goes ahead and kills cancer lord. in retarded rematch it seems that this is just about to happing but bf is there so the rap begins and cancer lord is not killed yet
