Not sure where OP got the idea that Majin Sonic is good while the Mazin Sonics want to harm BF, they just "convert" him when he loses (you're not having fun if you lose, after all). All the devs said is that Majin's just different from the others, so he's probably the leading figure.

Because majin sprites were colored like that bruh, he is not a 3d model to automaticly change his shadows and color scheme when he is moved out of his zone, if they wanted his sprites to have different colors they would have to change his colors manually, and it would be pretty boring because imagine recoloring someone else's draw.
