You are actually correct. These Two are Built with a somewhat permanent smile. The smile is always their neutral/default Expression. However in songs Like tsukareta and Exasperation Expunged Reaches a new form of anger where he Only then stops smiling. Hellbreaker however Is Always smiling because of how easy his Battles are to him.

I want to say something the MOD is undercharted man, it's not the music's E V E R Y MUSIC IS UNDERCHARTED IN THIS MOD, and you know something funny, the majority of the music's was created from THE OWN CREATORS OF THE MOD.
What's funny is that the actual chart for this song isn't even that spammy, it's the modchart combined with the health drain and ghost tapping being forced off that makes it hard, without the modchart this would be a cakewalk
