I hope they add different death screens for every week, like for example Week 4 could be BF getting hit by a sign at full speed, or Week 2 he could get struck by lightning. I think it'll make the game over screens more unique rather than him just 💀

i feel like it's because pico's group dynamic is that of best friends who could all kill eachother but never really do so (or succeed in doing so), so when it actually happens it feels "off" because it shouldn't have been THAT easy

I *love* the detail of the gameover song fading in as the ringing fades out. Like yeah, that makes sense considering there was a fucking explosion directly in Pico's face. Dude's ears are orobably ringing if he aint already *DEAD*
I like the difference between the BF death screens and the Pico ones, the BF one is simple, a classic, and pretty vague on what happens after, Pico fucking dies, he is dead, he is no longer in the living realm, PICO IS FUNKIN' DEAD
I like how it contrasts Darnell and Nene. Darnell isn’t trying to kill Pico, but Nene is. Even though Darnell beats Pico with his hands, he only makes him vomit blood and makes him unable to move. I guess it shows Darnell and Pico are best friends.
@@azurewarrior2000 What I mean is, that Pico and Darnell are more of best friends, I do know Nene is their close friend, but she's more bitter and was willing to kill Pico for his failure. Darnell seems to only knock him out with his explosive spray cans and his own fists, while Nene was going to throw her knife and make him gush blood. I do know that they are close friends, but Nene seems to be more pissed about not getting the money than Darnell.
I love on the first death, when your health gets low you can see Nene about to strike you and then you can see her actually throw it such attention to detail
so not only did we get a revamped menu, two extra difficulties for songs that might as well be entirely new songs, cutscenes, an end menu that tells you how well you did, a new week with mechanics, a practice mode, some minor new stuff in some of the earlier levels, we get multiple deaths based on what kills you? Niiiiiice
Didn't realize that the cans were actually a mechanic until after my first playthrough. The wait for this update is understandable given the sheer amount of features and attention to detail in this week(end) alone.

For me the "O-O-OH MY GOD! SAVE ME!" I was thinking of Demon Lemon that was voicing that line than Darnell the pitch is way obvious that Darnell is low has hell
there is a smalll error, I have a screen where very dark colors that are close to black, but are not quite black show a lot. basically if u would take a screenshot of picos death with the black packground, u can see the Box of his spritesheet, because I bet when they made this there is some transparent color that was unintentioally added to the background or smth.

Oh, I didn't know you can actually get hit by the cans and lose a lot of health to it. The game over screen is interesting, just Pico sighing as he's covered in smoke and ash.
