Meet Isaac Muli and Catherine Ndunge from #HIHEA's Kalawani joint CBO based in Makueni County. After undergoing HIHEA training and facilitation on record keeping, enterprise development, and climate resilience, the cbo ventured into sunflower farming for the production of cooking oil. Since the formation of CBO, the sunflower growers are no longer exploited in the market as they fetch better prices of their seeds because of aggregation, resulting in an income increase.
