Hi Nick & Jo Me and the wife have been using Cardo freecom 4 duo pack and to be honest not impressed at all , range is rubbish lucky to get 100 yards at best , stick some bends and trees in the way and they are useless,and like already said voice recognition is more of a miss.. and at £330 not cheap…. Listening to you to talk you sound very clear (not sure if you enhance it for your vid’s) what sort of range do you get.. Thanks keep up the good work we love your videos…

Hi, the audio captured on RU-vid is from the gopro. But the fodsports fx6 is 70 pounds and quite adequate, the battery life is excellent because it doesn't have unnecessary features. I would give them a try and see what you think. The m1-s unit is also a good option. Thanks for your nice words we're pleased you enjoy the content.

Really nicely made vid. Be interested in hearing how you get on with it We've been using Cardo Packtalk Bold for a couple of years and to be honest it's not been as good as we hoped in voice clarity or range compared to our previous Interphone 5. (Changed as the battery died on one interphone

I just can't believe how much money those cardo units are, I don't know what you're getting for the money, when units such as this one does the job just fine. I've used the fx6 for 2 years now, and we've had no issues with it. I'm keen to test this one because it's an improvement from the fx6, with better speakers, bigger battery and USB C compatible. I'll post a real world test video soon, thanks for watching.

@@nicksepisode The important thing for me with coms is battery life. Must last a long 10 hours talk usage for a day touring. Definitely be interested what your set up does. Adaptive audio is also important, louder as you ride faster. This allows you still to chat at motorway + speeds but not be stupidly loud at a standstill. The other must for us is they keep working in heavy rain. Wrecked a previous Interphone coms in heavy Scottish rain. As a riding couple good coms is important and we are always looking. I paired successfully to my Android phone but couldn't get the second unit to pair to my wife's Iphone. Tried rebooting her phone but to no avail. Anyone have other ideas?

Never tried with iPhone. Try holding down the off buttons for long period and it will reset. Also forget Bluetooth device on phone and restart phone. Make sure 2nd unit is also off while pairing

Because the wire for the left speaker is shorter

i'm having trouble trying to use it with my insta 360 X3, it connects but if i record and talk via m1-s plus it plays back like a dalek, any ideas please?

Great demo Nick! I use a Cardo Freecom 4 Plus which is really nicely built and easy to control with your cloves on. The only fit I have with it is it's voice recognition - it is hit-and-miss, with a strong emphasis on the "miss" part :-) Cheers, Roland

Hi! Nice video, I saw the other one with lexin b4fm what's your opinion which one is better ? My concern is which one of the two has better voice quality above 120 km/h

me and the wife use these intercoms work a treat love the music share feature and the built in radio and they connect straight to our k1600gt no probs and at that price they are amazing

I got the previous Fodsports one FX6 after watching your video. Installing onto a flip front was such an arse lol - especially when my sunvisor slider is on the left hand side!

Fx6 is probably the best value for money one they sell. Great bit of kit that 👌

@@nicksepisode it is, it just was an arse installing it onto my vcan flip front lol - would probably go easier into my ruroc, but the wife is buying me a new LS2 flup front that the visor locks all the way to the back so my glasses don't steam up. WOuldn't be so bad as I was going to wear contacts but currently got an eye infection so can't lol

Hey Nick ive been considering getting a pair of these for a while. Is there any chance u can do a test for me and other viewer and thats have google maps navigation going at the same time as talking to ur wife as i cant seem to find out if it will work even from fodsports thank you

Hi bud just picked this up for me and the lass 😉 can you do a how to vid on music sharing on same headset as we keep having issues with it only play on 1 device 🤣🤣

Hi, once you have music working on one headset play the music so u can hear it yourself, hold the plus button for 3 seconds, a voice will say "start music sharing" then your 2nd user can press the small front button on the side and it should tap into the music too. when you want to chat press the same small front button once and visa versa. hope this helps
