There was actually a version of FOE PAWS that had that "textured" look like THE LOUD HOUSE does (and not just the backgrounds); I actually have this version on tape somewhere. I couldn't figure out why this particular CN pilot had such a "grainy" look to it compared to others. Also, Ryan Stiles voiced Vivian? Wow, I could have sworn I remembered it was Nick Bakay.

If this had been picked up as a full series, then the Loud House and the Casagrandes might not have seen the light of day. Abuela Rosa and her family was initially Italian, now they are Latin American.

Nobody seems to talk about this cartoon, this was created for Hanna Barbera and Cartoon Network on 2000 before The Loud House came to Nickelodeon in 2016. This gets a pass, the jokes work, the voice acting and dialogue was great, the sound effects work out perfectly like any Hanna Barbera cartoon would, the craziness makes sense, and this is cartoon short is great! This cartoon short reminds me of Ren and Stimpy, and I like the voice acting Tom Kenny gave Rolo on how well Rolo sounded. Masterpiece!

It surprises me how similar it looks to that show despite being more than 15 years before it even premiered, the only difference is that it doesn't have the modern day cartoon HD obviously because it was produced in the 90s.
