Foel Fras is the most Northern 3000ft mountain in Wales and is conveniently accessible from my home in the village of Llanfairfechan. In this episode of my Mountain Days Vlogs I head up on my bike and on foot to fly from the summit - we have also got some snow so it's a good opportunity to see if there is enough for skiing yet.

You give the game away that you're local just by saying Drim! Brilliant video and so well shot and edited too, did you know they put the trig in the wrong place on Foel Fras? I guess it's because the summit area is quite flat they just made a mistake, but the true summit is a 2m high rock spike 70m SW of the trig point.

Nice one Rob! I was thinking it would take quite a long run to launch off Foel Fras but it didn't look too bad . Your border terrier seemed to keep up with you pretty well!

Yes just enough breeze to make it easy and a short enough flight for the dog to keep up. Perfect 😀
