Hey HHH....I just want to say a HUGE thank you for all the crafty education! You really know your 'stuff'! Whenever I need info about a product, 'how tos', tips/tricks, etc. (the list is endless), this is where I come! Take care and have yourself a wonderful day!
Hi Mrs. and Mr.Hedgehog :) I own a scan n cut and need to do some Thank You cards with solid lettering, Has this been covered in a video yet? as I can't find one. Also, can you tell me if I need to change the pressure when foiling, and if so what to, AND are there any other foils I can use for this process other than the WRMK foils?.. Love your videos, and wish I could get to a live one. Thank you so much for covering so much :)
Billie Lemere I give you permission...your always there for everyone so now it’s your turn. In fact you’ve been so good you should buy two sets. On for you and one for me.🤗
At Joann's, the kit with 3 pens was for free hand only (cannot use with cutter). I had to buy them individually if I wanted the 3 different pens for my cutter.
You can use the fill function with the ScanNCut, whereas the Cricut only draws outlines. I unfortunately have a tablet that I could use the snap function with.
Kayla P - Craftypenpalmoma I cant afford the kit right now because of health and house expenses yuck. Sooooo I’m going to pull out my soldering gun/pen and and see if that will work. I have a regulator on the soldering pen so that may come in handi. They also make these (I don’t know if it’s this brand) that is made for hand drawing. I think Jenni does a great video on it. Hit me up if you can’t find it and I’ll look it up for you.
Why do you use snap mat and is there something similar for a PC laptop which is what I use. Can you use any draw images or just the we r memory keepers images? This is the first tutorial I've watched on this product and it is very helpful. Thanks for sharing. I have the cricut air explore 2
You can use any image, just change from cut to draw; the snap mat needs a camera so you would need the app on a phone or tablet but you can position your image anywher eon your mat using the pc software.
You Give Very Detail Information. My Thought Is How Would We, Or Could We Add Different Colors Of Foil To Our Designs Using The Foil Quill Even If We Have A Design On Each End Of Our Cut Layer? Say Base Layer/Cut Layer Is 7 X 14. It Draws Before It Cuts But The Machine Stops For A Pen Change On Top Of The First Color It Draws/Foils.
GOOD VIDEO BUT IM SO NERVOUS TO USE THE FOIL QUILL ON MY MAKER BECAUSE NO ONE HAS SHOWN THE SETTINGS IN DETAIL TO FOIL ON CARDSTOCK. THE SETTINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT SO NOT TO RUIN THE MACHINE. THANK YOU>
I have the foil set I have tried to use it with my Cricut....none of my projects are foiling. Should it be put on draw instead of cut to get your design? Help please
