Wednesday 7 Aug 24 at Ballyholme, out on the foil glide 6m on my Starboard Freeride 150 foil board. Using the Starboard Freeride foil, with the -1.5 shim on the rear wing. This seemed like a balanced setup.
The big win was more stable flying and no crashes! Coming back into the bay I had both feet in the straps with more weight in the harness, and achieved just shy of 20 Kts.
