@@LarsTragel-zh7ei They were cause yugoslavia was still relatively isolated and outside world didnt have good picture of what their culture is truly like, especially when it comes to music and even more especially when it comes to more artsy/underground/non commercial music, so yeah a world of their own, balkan musical art mate, no need be so mad.
@@VigilantGuardian6750 that is false, yugoslavia was well known to be very open to western influence compared to the rest of eastern europe, they were a founding member of the non-aligned movement. many well known acts toured there, and the radio waves caught a ton of punk in the 70s. also this was far from avant-garde in 1981. why speak on something you don't know about as if it's fact?
