What makes this show so great is that practically every single thing that happens to these characters is 100% relatable. 😂

This scene is so frustrating because folding in cheese is so mindlessly easy that it’s actually quite difficult to explain the process or to clarify. It’s literally really just “you fold it in” and you cannot condense it any further than that. But it’s frustrating on the other side too because of course they don’t know what “fold it in” means and just repeating it over and over doesn’t help clarify. Brilliant scene indeed.

Last week, I yelled FOLD to my partner as I hastily readied the baking tray. He did not understand what fold was and increased the stand mixer setting. I yelled no FOLD, and he yanked it to pulse. All I could think of were Moira and David trying to fold cheese and failing epically :'D .

This reminds me of my mother teaching me how to cook when I was little, "You just beat the eggs, come on". Not only did she tell me to *JUST* beat the eggs, as if it was "JUST" so simple, but with the added "Come on!" as if prompting me and adding more performance anxiety would suddenly spark some deep-seated memory of what 'beating the eggs' really meant lol

for those who do not know how to actually fold in cheese it’s actually kinda simple just add in the cheese and continuously in a folding motion with the a spatula or spoon bring the sauce on top until the cheese melts

Truly without bed exception, this is one of the most comedic scenes ever!!!!! I still bust a gut no matter how many times I watch it.

So, out of sheer curiosity, I googled how to fold in cheese, and apparently, it's basically dumping it into the mix and then taking the spatula and turning it over multiple times, so it looks like the cheese is being "folded" into the mix.
