Something you MUST know involving ElecReel chips. They bounce off-of enemies and objects. Let's say you are fighting against BlizzMan. If you put a rockcube on his front row, preferably to the bottom or top panel, when he comes to the middle front panel for blizz-breath, you fire the ElecReel on him, it hits, bounces to the rock cube, then bounces back on him. Meaning it hits twice. This effect is not limited to rock cubes or a single object. It can bounce off of multiple objects surrounding the ElecReel target, it can bounce off of enemies, it can (or should) bounce off of minions (shadowman clones, gridman teammates, dark soul from chaos unison charge misfire). ElecReel chip keeps all its bonuses (+ attack chips, chip charge multiplier, elemental multiplier, panel bonus) when it bounces. In experiment, I tried setting up 3 rock cubes around a Silver BassCross Megaman with 2400 hp (1000 base hp, 2 hp500 ncp and basscross 20% hp bonus). Airshotted a Rockcube back-mid panel, had BassCross put two rock cubes on mid row top & bottom panels, threw a Seaseed to his center panel, gone to magnet soul, chip charged an ElecReel 3 and promptly one-shot 2400 hp. So you can get a WHOLE lot of damage with it but it depends abusing it's bounce mechanic.
I did fail to mention this in the video, mostly since the folder doesn't include Rock Cube, but that chip can definitely be used as a secondary chip in this folder to pull that off! Thanks for mentioning it here :)
@@ProtoDemnProductions Also I watched your Protoman souls video, and I'd like to share something very peculiar: When in NapalmSoul, Meteors mega chip, despite being a screen dimming chip, gets the +40 to fire chips benefit of the soul. It displays on the selected chip during combat at least. If used with two area grabs then powered up with a lavaseed and attack +30, I'M sure it can do some devastating numbers.
I just finished BN5 and I must say that I LOVED this folder (but replacing the sword chips with wind chips hehe) despite choosing TP for Napalm and Gyro soul Magnetsoul became one of my favorites :)
I really enjoyed using V-code in my playthrough of BN5 TC, but I didn’t think how useful it could be for Magnet Soul. I’m still on a new BN5 playthrough for TP so this should be really useful to use :p
I'm taking a 2nd break from the MMBN series as I'm making my way through rn but left off on BN5. Never played this one before so I'm saving these videos for later, but can confirm S has been the only code I've been able to put to good use so far. I do mix in some strong independent chips, mainly Guardian, maybe a program advance or two, but it definitely seems to favor S for quite a bit. (At least with my chosen path and RNG)
@@Gnurklesquimp2 Yea, S is pretty overturned. Air Hockey, Life Sword, Big Noise, Super Vulcan, a good selection of secondary/support S Code Chips, pretty sure there’s also a drill arm chip in S which makes KnightSoul good with it if you’re playing Colonel
@@zyro7756 It's also really nice that +10's and stuff have more chances to shine with both Super Vulcan and Air Hockey in the folder, I've been nuking almost everything so far

I know this won't be a good choice considering this folder has more than 1 code and MMBN2 has the broken G code program advance in Gater and GutsShoot But I would like to see a Prism, Hyper Burst folder be featured I use QuickMan and Dynawave Q as I didn't have a Prism * but has Prism Q😊
If you haven't played Megaman battle network before, I highly recommend it! Now that there's legacy collections for the series, it's easy to play them all, plus you can play them on switch, PS, or steam :)
currently in my bn4 red sun playthrough im working on making a T code folder the reason? circgun, no really thats the only reason. circgun 1 and 2 are both T code and otherwise none of the circguns overlap
Mmbn5 has less than 200 standard chips so souls like magnet are less optimal because they have little chips to use. The charge could have been the magnet that go to the opponent too so it works on nebula gray
Magnet isnt effected too poorly since elec reel and voltz are both good chips. Other souls though youre right about, they dont have many good options for them
